We provide a first day continental breakfast and there are tea and coffee making facilities, TV and Wifi. Parking is outside the house on road. Christchurch Rail Station is a 5min walk and it takes only 10 mins to walk to the historic town of Christchurch with its Priory and beautiful river walks.
