The host is always very responsive, villa is nice with 3 rooms with own bathroom, so perfect to stay with 3 couples. Beach is close by, but Akumal lagoon is more beautiful to swim with turtles.

everything was perfect in the house the road in is a little ruff and path to cenote is now not accessible. I love the peacefulness of the location away from the hustle and noise of town. a vehicle is a must but short drive to town and beaches. I recommend this location to people that like peace and quite.I had great stay and would definitely come back

The house was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable. The house was spotless and well equipped. Our favorite feature is that there is a beautiful cenote in the property with beautiful fish that is crystal clear. The host provides life jackets and snorkeling gear. Also, they have a cleaning lady that comes and cleans the house and did our laundry 🤗 which was included with the house. The charcoal grill was a little small but functional. Jose was extremely responsive to text and our needs. We loved our stay there and it’s close enough to Playa del Carmen if you have a car to go for dinners etc. We would definitely rebook this house!

Mi estancia en este Airbnb fue simplemente increíble. El departamento superó todas mis expectativas: limpio, cómodo, bien equipado y con una decoración encantadora. La ubicación no pudo ser mejor, a solo unos pasos de la playa y muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, lo cual hizo que todo fuera muy accesible. Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad de los anfitriones. Siempre estuvieron disponibles para responder mis dudas y resolver cualquier detalle que surgiera, lo cual me hizo sentir muy bien recibido y cuidado durante toda mi estancia. ¡Super amable el chico que me contestó la llamada para ayudarme a entrar! Sin duda, me encantaría regresar. Fue una experiencia maravillosa y no dudaría en volver a hospedarme aquí. ¡Muy recomendado!

Excellent home for those who want to disconnect from routine concrete jungle materialistic world .. it has been decades since living in a place which is so much connected to the nature with 4 miles of private beach , no microwave so u can rather eat or cook the food naturally , no cell tower signals , so u connect to the world with host provided starlink internet, with each bedroom equipped with ACs, total home easily supports 12 to 15 people to stay , it’s a wonderful and one of unique experience those who want to disconnect from routine lifestyle .. the staff is very friendly for those who are visiting with big groups family and friends it’s a nice place from Mayan arch in tulum beach area it would take 90mins on a very bad rough road but worth the drive .. we would love to visit the place again ..

One of a kind snorkeling and bay location. Private Oasis which is very hard to find in Cancun. Located in the middle of everything. Snorkeling equipment provided, meal service also provided and 24 hours security. Hot tub got very HOT!! Was super happy with the place and host. Will be back.

Incredible stay. Finding the house was very difficult as each one looks so similar and don't have numbers indicating the houses address. the security on site didnt know much about the property so he couldn't help. We spent 2 hours after sunset outside looking for keys and the right house until manager was able to come and let us in. Manger is very kind and helpful. Private pool was not working but the shared pools were amazing. Excellent stay but I would recommend labeling the front door with numerals to ensure you're at the right place and add a lockbox to store keys instead of hiding them at the property. would be so much more helpful for guests who arrive later.

Super recomendado. Ubicación sobre calle pavimentada, y a solo 5 minutos de la zona hotelera. De paso hay tiendas de autoservicio. Instalaciones súper buenas, en óptimas condiciones, muy limpio tanto el alojamiento como el mismo condominio. Muy lindo para tomar fotos con pasillos con vegetación. El cenote es un punto especial, para meditar y relajarte. Está abierto puedes nadar en el, no es enorme pero perfecto para 2 a 4 personas, siempre estaba solo. El restaurante ofrece alimentos de excelente calidad. El alojamiento muy limpio, equipado, baño muy limpio, internet muy bueno, cocineta completa y funcional. La terraza súper agradable para relajarte, leer, y el jacuzzi exterior súper limpio y temperatura agradable. Totalmente recomendable!

I really loved this place and it was everything we were looking for. It was very conveniently located to go anywhere we wanted throughout Tulum as well as being comfortable, safe, and private with the rear patio and plunge pool. The condo was equivalent to staying in a luxury resort with comfortable mattresses, linens, plush pillows, and spa quality towels. The co-host Mario was fantastic and so helpful providing information and recommendations!

Muy bonito lugar y gran atención por parte de Oscar. Recomendable para quedarse y relajarse. Las instalaciones son espectaculares y hay mucha libertad en ellas. Muy agradable estancia.

El departamento es hermoso visualmente, limpio, moderno, con detalles exquisitos. Xalet es tre-men-do!!! 😍 Azul excelente anfitrión, muy pendiente a todo y con muy buena onda. Gracias por esta estadía tan perfecta ❤️

Departamento amplio y muy cómodo. Cocina completa muy bien equipada. Sala cómoda con tv por steaming. Habitación con cama muy cómoda. El aire acondicionado funciona a la perfección o se pueden mantener todas las ventanas abiertas ya que cuentan con mosquiteros. Incluso hay un pequeño cuarto de servicio para lavar ropa y un tendedero. El baño es amplio e impecable, con agua caliente y buena presión en la regadera. La limpieza se hace cada ciertos días, lo que es excelente para estancias largas. El ingreso es autónomo y muy fácil. Los anfitriones respondían con rapidez. La zona es segura (incluso de noche) y bien ubicada: supermercado a dos cuadras, centro de la ciudad a unas 12 cuadras, las playas, el parque del jaguar y la zona hotelera a unos 10 minutos en coche, las ruinas igualmente a unos 10 minutos. Hay algunos restaurantes y bares cercanos. Incluso hay paradas de transporte público a dos cuadras que llevan a todos los lugares mencionados antes. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí

*Absolutely Amazing* Ideal for this quiet-loving couple. Gorgeous spot right on the beach, direct views and sound of waves from both bedroom and living room. Fabulous design and amenities. Kind, attentive, respectful staff. Easy access down unpaved road. Get quickly to groceries, activities then back to peaceful home base. Terrific restaurants immediately adjacent and easy walk down the beach. Turtle is 2nd floor (stairs) with 1 BR, 1.5 bath. Other 1 BRs on 1st floor. Highly recommend if you like a quiet spot for adventures and/or relaxation

Luis Carlos is a great host-communicates clearly, responsive and very easy to deal with. The apartment is exactly as listed-modern, clean and well-equipped in a complex that is beautifully landscaped and feels very safe. I would recommend both the host and this apartment and would stay here again if I visited Tulum.

Our stay was very nice. Felt like luxury and very unique. We liked to have breakfast in the morning at the café, and the cenote was a great feature. We extended our trip one extra day, we loved it so much! They were much help with this
