This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

Fully equipped kitchen, including a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, pots & pans, utensils and many other amenities. Screened in porch. Views everywhere! This 4 person tent is tucked away in the hollow of our sheep pasture. Listen to the babbling brook and watch the fire flies sparkle on a warm summer evening by the campfire. Included at your site is a fire ring, wood, park style grill, and 2 queen size beds. The restroom consists of a dry flush toilet .In the summer, wash up in our outdoor shower! Parking outside the gate of sheep pasture, wagons available to load your belongings to camp site. Wear shoes that can get dirty!! Tent off grid

A serene place in nature to unplug and unwind. It's private and quiet with the exception of the sound of the running brook. (NO WIFI or CELL service at the cabin) May come to the house if you need to get in touch during your stay. There is local hiking and two large lakes close by. Farmer's markets and acclaimed theatre are available throughout the Fall Season along with local beer-fests. Most of all, we have one of the most stunning foliage seasons in the country!
