Our beautiful light filled cabin with wood-burning fireplace is perched above our spring-fed 15 acre private lake next to the common outdoor lounge area and sand beach. Caution- steep narrow stairs inside. Please use the outside stairs to carry luggage inside to the bedroom quarters.

This small town is located not far from it all, just an hour North of Kansas City and 20 minutes from Saint Joseph, right between Interstates 29 and 35! Located on the ground floor with parking right outside the door on Main Street, this is a lovely place to stay. We also have plenty of extra parking next door. A nice park only a couple of blocks away. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a full-size washer and dryer. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need!

Cordwood Cottage w/ Sauna 15 minutes from I-70

Unique cottage made of earthen materials in the woods by a creek. This place is very small! (12 x 16) but makes up for it in charm with artistic touches everywhere. Only 15 minutes from downtown Lawrence, KU, and I-70. Plus, it has a sauna for you to enjoy! The sauna converts to a shower with hot water. NO INDOOR TOILET. The composting toilet is right outside the door on the deck so is easy to reach. We pride ourselves on it being a pleasant environment and NOT stinky!
