Dr. Maitreyee’s home stay was one of the best places we stayed during our 3 week trip throughout India. The host and co-hosts were super responsive and took care of everything for us to have a comfortable stay. I really liked the fact that the house is away from noisy streets. Dr. Maitreyee, David and Raja were very responsive and helpful with recommendations. They have an art shop, worth taking a look at it and learn how they keep this intricate tradition alive. The place is comfortable, enough and even plenty of hot water and the beds are comfortable. They even provide with some water and few snacks! I would definitely recommend to any guest!

Great hospitality of Mr Laxman Singh. Very nice, neat and clean place with big rooms. Good view from balcony and terrace. Definitely worth going for it. Food is bit costly.

Photos given online don’t do justice. We loved every minute of our stay here. So don’t think twice and book it if you want to relax and have a serene and quiet place. Since it is not in the middle of the city chaos, we absolutely loved staying here. In fact, traveling to city to any other place was not an issue at all. Cabs/Ola/uber was easily available. We loved their food as well; they always cooked whatever we asked for - be it heavy or light food. The entire staff was also so courteous and soft spoken. Paradise for book lovers as you get so many books to choose from, along with great location, quiet surroundings with only sounds of chirping birds, peacock and other little animals. They have a cute little dog Olive and four turtles 😍. I am sure we will come back here again. Just the kind of place we love!!

Jai Villa HomeStay....Indeed a home away from home. As we reached Udaipur, our booking got cancelled for some reason & they came in as a blessing in disguise. What impressed us was the interiors and how thoughtfully the place has been built up! The view from the terrace is breath-taking and it was amazing to have spend quality time with our pet up there especially during the sunset time!The hospitality and the warmth of our hosts Devendraji and Uma ji was out of the world. We travel the country & today we can proudly say, "We have a home now @Udaipur!" All Thanks to our gracious hosts:)

The hotel located in strategic places and close to most of the attractions and shops. The room is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this place for those visiting Udaipur.

The property is located 4-5 kms from the city center but is very peaceful.There is a lake at a walking distance, good for morning jog. Though the rooms are compact, they're neat, there's ample of space in the lobby to chill around with a group of friends. The owner (Mr. Singhi) and caretaker (Rajendra) were very cooperative. We had a comfortable stay! We would like to recomend for future stays.

We had an exceptional stay that exceeded our expectations! Initially, I was concerned about a recent review, as i was coming with my wife and we were looking for a peaceful gateway where we can use pool but after querying Tulsi, I was reassured and booked the property. I'm thrilled to report that our experience was outstanding. The property is beautifully built and maintained, with proactive and helpful staff. The food was incredibly delicious, and our room was spacious and immaculately maintained. The staff went above and beyond, arranging towels by the pool before our arrival and surprising us with a romantic candlelit dinner outside the pool. It was a wonderful touch that made our stay even more memorable. If you're seeking a peaceful getaway, look no further! We highly recommend this property for its exceptional service, amenities, and ambiance

It was an excellent experience with the host while I stayed there along with my whole family including my Parents.The hosting was so comfortable and friendly that ,on many moments,we forgot that we are away from home.I shall say it’s a very reliable,peaceful and a perfect homestay .

What a wonderful place to stay! We greatly appreciated the peace and quiet, away from the busy city across the lake, and enjoyed a relaxing time with the most beautiful scenic views! The hosts were so kind and helpful, and the staff were amazing—always ready to help and be of service if needed. Everything was so clean and the property well maintained. I loved the way the rooms and property were decorated—very beautiful and pleasing to the eye. We arrived very early, before our check-in time, and the staff were so kind to let us relax in a spare room for a few hours until our room was ready for check-in. My husband was needing a desk to work at, which our room didn’t have, and they were so kind to let us move into a different room that had one. We also were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary and the staff were so thoughtful to surprise us with a cake one evening! The restaurant on the rooftop has very good food as we ate several meals there. We absolutely loved staying here!!

I wholeheartedly recommend Bedla house to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway. It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even families who want a blend of relaxation, culture, and adventure. I’ll cherish the memories I made here. Jyestha and Karan are great hosts and were incredibly attentive, sharing local tips and stories, and even arranging unique activities to help me immerse myself in the local culture. The home-cooked meals were a highlight—delicious, fresh, and prepared with so much love! Can’t wait to return.

loved the place and more so the people! we felt right at home. it was cozy, charming and a cute little room. the family of the host was very welcoming, fed us great homemade food with so much love. the children of the house even took us for a walk around the village in the evening. the safari recommended/ arranged by the host was amazing! the driver knew exactly where and when to take us and went out of his way to give us a full on safari experience. All in all our trip was made very special because of this place. we can't wait to visit again. and will recommend everyone to stay here if you come to Jawai!

Siamo arrivati e l’host ci ha accolti e ci ha mostrato la camera. Molto pulita grande tranquilla. Purtroppo non ci siamo fermati per cena. Il loro ristorante è molto bello e i piatti che abbiamo visto sembravano essere molto buoni. Colazione la mattina presto organizzata solo per noi. Ci ha accolti il marito e ci ha portato quello che volevamo ampia scelta nella colazione. Consiglio questa dimora storica. L’host ci ha contattati una volta partiti pregandoci di tornare ancora a trovarla perché suo papà avrebbe voluto incontrarci per raccontarci la storia della sua casa e la storia della città . È stato un peccato essere partiti presto. Se torneremo ancora sicuramente torneremo qui
