My friends and I booked a last-minute stay in Ellenvill for the Borscht Belt Festival this past weekend. The location was great! It was an easy walk to all the restaurants and events. The space was perfect for us, and Morris was a super friendly and responsive host. I would definitely stay there again!

The place is as presented in the listing - very easy to check into, a short drive to a grocery stores and nearby towns, has just about everything you need. Some reviewers have noted the highway traffic noise, but I personally only really noticed in the living room while watching TV. I slept really well here, and the back deck overlooking the creek was great for bird watching in the mornings.

Nicola’s place is one of our absolute favorites. The serene home reflects a kind and responsive host who communicates with great warmth. This is the second time we stayed there and would love to return.

Stephen’s place was great. Spacious and very comfortable for our group of 6 adults, 2 small children, and a dog. All was very clean and well-appointed. Beds were super comfortable. Really nice place.

Walked in the side door under a covered area to the kitchen with a wine bottle and local recommendations waiting for us on the counter. Visited the local winery that he had recommended, amazing views and great wine! Kitchen and cooking amenities just like home with wonderful windows all around to see the backyard. Enjoyed using the hanging fire pit, a first for us on that type. Had binoculars to look at the birds, along with many bird watching guides to help identify (if you are so inclined). Really quiet space even though near an intersection. We weren't disturbed once by noise or neighbors. Nothing was missing, such a good experience we didn't want to leave. Anyone visiting Patterson, Warwick, and Wallkill, this is a great location to rest after a long day. Will save for future visits for sure!!!

Nothing could’ve prepared us for how great this Airbnb was. Hands-down this is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Every bedroom and every bathroom were lovely. The kitchen and butlers pantry were outfitted like a professional chef set it up. Don was a perfect host. And when we got about 6 inches of snow people came and cleaned the driveway and shoveled the steps immediately. We went for a walk late at night in the snow and it was like being in a dream. Cannot recommend this Airbnb more.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house in Gardiner, NY. The home is spacious, clean, and very peaceful, with stunning direct views of the mountains. It was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids—plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet getaway with beautiful scenery.

We really enjoy this place I never expect find beautiful lake, we have to walk 15-20 Minutes, by car just 5 minutes, my dog Labrador retriever he swimming a lot, we walk around the lake. The view spectacular. The home has too many space, the rooms has TV, excellent WIFI, Hot Tub was great for massage after walking. Big back yard, downstairs many books and games for kids and teens. We feel happy during 3 days, my teen, kid, and dog. Enough space, high recommendation and sure we back next year Swingin Bridge best place lake for visit

My spouse and I enjoyed our monthlong stay at Liz's place! We appreciated having an EV charger with such an old, historic home. The location is great for easy walking to the Stockade District, especially to my favorite cafe, Rough Draft. For those into music, you can also walk to performances at The Assembly or the Ulster Country Performing Arts Center. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen for cooking, the ample light, the private work area upstairs, the piano (albeit it out of tune, especially if you use the soft pedal!), the hot tub and reading in the chairs in the backyard. You are also only a 10-minute drive away from the beginning of the Wallkill Rail Trail. Liz was easy to communicate with and quickly helped with any small issues we ran into, such as a brief wifi issue. We highly recommend!
