Cute 2/1 apartment on the quieter side of St. Thomas (Northside). Located within walking distance to Hull Bay Beach (Downhill there, uphill back) “The Shack” is super convenient to grab a quick bite/drink while at Hull Bay Beach. “Fish Bar” (also walkable) never disappoints, great food and service. A/C only in bedrooms. Side note: The two twin beds in second bedroom can be converted to King upon request. Air mattress, pack and play readily available.

This unique space includes one bedroom with one bath and an outdoor shower. There is a small dorm fridge, microwave and coffee maker. You will need to bring paper goods for light meals. We will supply coffee mugs and cutlery. Walk out the door and down the path to go to the beach. We are very close. Just go down once you make a right at bottom of our path. We have some masks and fins to use. Also other water toys. Ask if you want to use.

Location, and Location. Tradewinds Condos are located on the East End of St Thomas, right above Red Hook! It's a 5-minute walk to the St John ferry dock, Bars, Restaurants, and Groceries. No need for a car! The power is steady, with 3 sources. WAPA, Solar, and a backup Genny If WAPA goes out, it's quiet as we are on Battery Power. Fast Wi Fi. Cheers!
