Unfortunately this with Rebecca has been my first negative experience in years of Airbnb! She said she would arrive between 3 and 4 pm at 5.35 pm she sent a message saying she was just out the front . I read the message at 5.50 pm , you sometimes leave the telephone around ! I then read that she was saying that she was about to leave if I didn’t reply immediately ! So my mother opened the front door and found her suitcase .
