Beautiful river (dry at times) with a spring fed swimming hole right at your back door. The 29 foot camper has full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, sofa sleeper, dinette, and back sleeping area and full bath and a bunk bed. Cabin includes bedroom/living room with futon sleeper, loft with two twin beds and a luxurious bath. (The retro camper is closed for winter.) The Pavilion is set for comfortable outdoor living and dining with a bar, grill and griddle. This is glamorous camping in style.

Welcome to Moose Lodge 1.5 miles to the river. Open concept for family gatherings. 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths & game room with air hockey to keep the kids entertained. Fully stocked kitchen & 2 refrigerators. Tons of parking for family reunions, front & back covered porches. Back porch includes 2 large picnic tables with ceiling fans to keep you cool. A quiet family friendly getaway perfect to unwind, relax, bird watch and disconnect from everyday life. Wi-fi is not available. Sleeps up to six people. Bottom level has a full size bed, full bath, fully stocked kitchen,stove, full size refrigerator, coffee bar, screened in porch. One bathroom inside and half bath outside. Located 16 miles N. of Uvalde, bumpy entrance road is 1.2 miles N. of Chalk Bluff. Park. The cabin is 1/4 mile, walking distance to the clear, beautiful Nueces River.

Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

Bright and airy 1 bedroom custom tiny home with loft crawl space, just 4 miles from Garner State Park and 2.6 miles from the Frio River. This tiny home is close to the river, yet away from the busy crowds. Filled with plants, and lots of windows, The Greenhouse is your perfect Frio River home away from home. Our property is near the highway so there is a bit of road noise. We’ve built a 10ft cinderblock wall at the front of the property to help with the noise.
