Our place is located at the foot of the famous Toome hill where everything is very close (main square, shops, restaurants, parks etc). We will offer you a fully equipped apartment and a big bed, kitchenette, shower, TV with many channels, free fast wifi and good books/games to entertain you. We also offer free parking in the yard that works on a first come first served principle

Korteris on tasuta kiire WIFI 20M/20M, täisvarustusega kööginurk, televiisor põhiprogrammidega ja kaks kahekohalist voodit: üks alumisel, teine ülemisel korrusel. Majas on lift ja korterisse pääseb uksekoodi abil. Ööpäevaringselt avatud tasuta JÕUSAAL, PÄIKESETERRASS, kus on mõnus hommikul kohvi nautida ja kohe korteri kõrval PESUMASINARUUM koos kuivatitega.

Korter asub kaunis tartu ülejõe piirkonnas uuselurajoonis eemal linnakärast aga samas piisavalt lähedal. Korter on väga hubane ja seal on olemas kõik eluks vajalik. My cozy, romantic apartment is located at the heart of Tartu, in the shore of river Emajõgi. All of the city sights, bars/cafes and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. The energy saving house and was built in 2020. You have 60 m2 apartment in 2 foors with sauna and balcony. Kitchen and bedroom 1st floor and sauna with romantic relax room in the 2st floor . Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

Welcome to our warm hometown – Tartu! To maximize your experience here we try to give our best to help you. The newly renovated apartment is in a historical wooden house yet very close to the old town (10 min). Everything you should need is just a walking distance away – bus station, grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, spas, cinema etc – all reachable in 5-10 minutes!

Spacious 2-bedroom apartment with free parking

Bring the whole family and pets to this great place with lots of room for fun. You will have 2 parking spaces, a playground and the Estonian National Museum right around the corner. Free WiFi and a full set of dishes are included. Also an extra cot and high chair for the baby. The city centre is about 15 minutes by transport and a 45-minute walking distance.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).

Ainulaadne käsitsi valmistatud mugavustega kämping ja saun. Kämpingus on köök koos kõige vajalikuga, tualett, vannituba ja magamistuba. Idusoo puhkemajutus asub suurel privaatsel kinnistul, kus saad ennast tõeliselt hästi puhata.
