The Haven @Arakoon is a stylish holiday cottage nestled in a bush setting. Our floorplan was designed to ensure that the cottage is accessible. Our wish is to allow everyone to enjoy a comfortable holiday at The Haven. EV Charger - Level 2 located in carport. Ocular Charging Station is compatible with all EV’s and includes 6 metre charging cable. Daily use of EV charger is complimentary for our guests. Well appointed - a home away from home! Our place is 6 acres of native forest next to a pristine lake, within easy walking distance of beautiful, uncrowded beaches. We are close to the village of Urunga, and a half-hour drive from Coffs Harbour airport. Enjoy the privacy, views, and the quiet, natural surroundings. We welcome families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The two storey unit (17 steps) has a bedroom with ensuite, lounge-room, and private balcony with BBQ. Separate kitchenette with laundry. No pets.

Bush and beach! Best of both worlds...

A well constructed, superbly insulated house making both winter and summer stays a pleasure. On those few cool Winter nights light the cosy woodburner. My place is close to the beach. You’ll love it because of the feeling that you are in the bush right up in the trees.. watch the king parrots, kangaroos and even a resident echidna and water dragon! Walk for approx 5 minutes through the bush down to the lovely Valla Beach. My place is good for couples and business travellers alike.

Ponytail Farmhouse - perfect place to unwind

The perfect place to relax and unwind there is a large wrap around verandah and undercover area with bbq facilities that allows comfortable outdoor living in all types of weather. There is a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials. A timber combustion heater will keep you warm in winter and air conditioning in two bedrooms and the living area will keep you cool in summer. The three bedrooms each have a queen size bed. All linen/towels are provided including beach towels.

We're back!!! After being away on an extended holiday we're opening up the Funky Cabin again. Only 100 metres from the beautiful Bellinger river. Relax in this unique and spacious studio, chill on the hammock or watch Netflix whilst having a rejuvenating bath. Enjoy a BBQ and wine on the deck and take in the bird life. Conveniently located with Sawtell, Bellingen and Urunga all within 15 mins. The local bowling club and cafe are just 3km down the road and North beach only 3.5 km.

Nambucca Valley Train Carriages "Green carriage"

Both our red & green carriages are modeled from the balcony ended tram car Built by Great Eastern Railways, England in 1884. The tram car was built for the Wisebec to Upwell line. Diane & I have built this unique accommodation from the ground up overlooking the NSW North Coast Railway line. The two carriages are located 90 metres from our house & sited to provide you with your own privacy.
