We have an open air hot shower, outhouse and a great fire pit and outdoor kitchen which are shared with our tent platform guests. We are just 23 min from I-90 so a great respite for travelers! Come explore the neighboring farms where you can pick fresh fruit, breweries, wineries, cafes, and small businesses

Bring your a ski-boat, or jet skis (boat launch nearby), or use our kayaks. Be aware, tho, if you're not in shape the path could be a struggle.

Welcome! We hope you love/enjoy the peaceful beauty in N.E. Wash. that attracted my grandparents to homestead here in 1905. The property has been in the family since then. Jim and I built our home here in 1984 and raised our girls here, where I grew up. Our Guest House is newly made to look old, and is 750 sq.ft. in size, overlooking a large meadow with several ponds. Your private studio is attached to our main house but has a private separate entrance, it's own bathroom with rain shower head, a mini kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and cooking utensils. Our main house's patio is separated from the studio by a wall so they remain private. Come enjoy this beautiful golf course any time of year.

Cozy Clifftop View offers relaxation & adventure close to town. Unwind in this cozy hideaway overlooking the rolling hills & valleys just south of Chewelah. Enjoy a steaming cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine while mother nature paints the sky and various wildlife roam. Although shops & restaurants are only a short drive away, the area offers peace and tranquility.
