The basement apartment is rented to family and has separate entry. Very quiet and private. Only 4 miles from Isha institute, 20 minutes from McMinnville (nearest town with shopping and restaurants) 30 minutes from Fall Creek Falls and Rock Island national parks. Ask about private shuttle rides to and from the airports in Nashville and Chattanooga.

Great kitchen will all new stainless steel appliances, butcher block counters and farmhouse style cabinetry. Nice dining room for everyone to gather for meals and a cozy living room to gather in and watch movies. A great game room with air hockey, cards, board games and dominos.
