Our 1948 vacation home is on 4 acres & boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths, Bridal Suite (4th bedroom), 70s TV/Game Room, Tiki Bar, & Children's Playroom. Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5) & hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants. Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee. ***Events/photo shoots are allowed with written permission only and will be an added fee. No events larger than 25 total.***

A private entrance is available from the back deck. Your home away from home features a comfortable king size bed and a full size bed. The most unique stay in Winterset! Legacy Stone House AirBnB is a historic residence located one mile east of Winterset, Iowa. Built in 1856 during the Settlement Era of Madison County, it is one of nearly 100 stone houses built during that time in the area. Officially named the William Anzi Nichols House, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room. This spacious place offers a fully fenced yard and plenty of parking in the drive way. Main level has a bedroom with Queen bed and a half bath. Upstairs we have a King suite with full bath shower and tub. In addition to that there is 2 more rooms one with Queen bed and the other has a twin full bunk bed. Second full bath with shower tub and laundry. The 5th bed room is in the basement with a twin daybed with trundle.

This charming location is a farmhouse style home built in 1914. Easily found on the main street through town, a one block walk in any given direction will put you at the center of the city. A grocery story, eating establishments, gift shops and community center are conveniently located in the downtown area. Friendly Quarters operates as a non-profit organization to support the missions and ministries of Earlham Friends (Quaker) Church located right next door.
