Book this place. The location is perfect and close to everything. The house is nicely decorated and we were extremely happy with this Airbnb. We would stay again.

La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar y muchos extras para divertirse: billar, TV en todas las áreas, mesa de dominos, juegos de mesa, ir de pesca, caminar, relajarse en el jacuzzi con agua caliente y escuchar música. The Apt is located in a secure place with view to the gulf course and sea which helps with relaxing. Definitely recommend. Details instructions were also given which made the check in easy.

The apartment was as-described and well-built. You can tell that the design and layout was carefully considered and the location is very convenient. We did not rent a car and were able to easily walk to stores, restaurants, the beach, etc. The pool and outdoor area are very nicely laid out and kept clean as well.

Aquaville was a modern and clean Airbnb in a fantastic location. The outdoor pool and hot tub area is amazing and very well kept. I would totally stay there again and have recommended to various people already!

Wonderful 2 night stay in Old San Juan. Location could not be better - excellent restaurants, shopping and historical sites all within easy walking distance. Host communication was excellent - very clear instructions for check in and check out and lots of local recommendations. The unit itself was beautiful and spacious, and we loved the outdoor spaces. The entry is a little quirky but Cyrus provided clear written directions and a video, so we had no problem finding or accessing the unit. Overall wonderful stay, would not hesitate to come back again.

This place is a gem if you are in the mood for being a beach bum or to do a family reunion. Plenty of towels, kitchen well equipped, clean, airy and across the street from the beach. Lots of space to relax in a very secure neighborhood. My little happy place in PR and you get great bank for your buck!

This was definitely an excellent stay, the aparmentent is very comfortable and it has an excellent location. It was a great experience for us to stay in this place.

Stunning views!! And just the perfect place! This was our first time to Manatí, but it won’t be our last. Literally steps to the beach, and everything you need in the apartment. Del Marchiquita a 2 minute walk, and some neat places to explore up and around the rocks. Found an awesome cave!! This location is stellar! Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, and a well thought out kitchen. Everything was super clean! And Carlos and Lilly were AWESOME to work with! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Yayra's place is a hidden gem! Although it does not have windows to the outside, it does have windows to the courtyard and an upstairs rooftop with a nice view! The apartment is bright inside and rooms 4 people very comfortably. It is very well stocked, organized, and extremely clean. I was so appreciative to have a clean shower and shower liner! The apartment is in the heart of Viejo San Juan with so much to do. Remember to dress comfortably! A lot of hills to walk up and down the streets. The building is beautiful and clean. Perfect stay for my birthday celebration!

Great location in old San Juan near activities/restaurants/bars. Hosts were communicative, informative and very responsive. We had initially booked for February but a winter storm forced us to cancel the trip. The hosts were very helpful and we rescheduled at no cost. The flat is exactly as described with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. We highly recommend this apartment!

Carlos and Lilly were great in communicating and quickly answering our questions. The unit was very clean and well stocked with an amazing balcony overlooking the ocean--and you could easily hear the waves. While we were staying here the power, unfortunately, went out for the entire island. We were lucky to have only been without power for about 18 hours when other people had to wait days. There were LED lanterns for our immediate use, which came in especially handy, and Lilly helped us with the garage, which was on a backup power supply. Even with this blip, my family's trip was great. The beach, right in front of the unit, was amazing and very private. Although you could not swim here, it was a short walk to Mar Chiquita beach, which was sheltered and had amazing water clarity. Frutos Del Guacabo, which is only about a 5 minute drive away, is a neat local farm with fresh produce (fruit and veggies) from Puerto Rico. I had the best pineapple and mamey sapote--ever--from here.

Everything about the property was perfect and better than expected. The pictures were beautiful but even better once we arrived. Ita was very quick to respond and so friendly. There was nothing that could’ve made it better. It was a quick walk and drive to the beach and there was a wonderful market that Ita recommended for groceries and breakfast. Couldn’t have been happier!

Our stay was truly restful amongst the sweet sounds of the coqui frogs. We slept well on the comfortable bed. Easy to find with the precise location the host provided. Very responsive when we called upon arrival to access the gate securing the property.

Our family of 3 had a great stay at Paloma’s flat. The central location is unbeatable, within walking distance to everything you might want to explore in OSJ and yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The rooftop shade and evening views were a welcomed retreat after a tiring day in the sun. I saw some reviews complaining about parking, but we had zero issues using one of the 24-hr garages that Paloma recommended, it was a 5 min walk from the condo which we did with a young toddler. Highly recommend this stay!

Wunderschönes Haus direkt über einer Bucht, windgeschützte und überdachte Terrasse mit direktem Blick auf das Meer, sehr toll gelegen. Die sehr schöne Badebucht ist zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichbar und auch bei Einheimischen beliebt. Das Haus ist zwar schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber alles was man braucht, eine gute Ausstattung. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage, die große Wohnküche mit Ventilatoren. Wir haben drei Wochen in dem Haus verbracht und waren mehr als zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit Magaly war einfach, sie hat auf alle Fragen reagiert und war für uns ständig telefonisch erreichbar. Als es aufgrund eines landesweiten Stromausfalles zu Problemen hätte kommen können, sind wir durch Magaly davor gewarnt worden. Da das Haus eine eigene Stromversorgung hat, gab es hier für uns, auch dank der Tipps von Magaly, zu keinerlei Einschränkungen. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

We stayed in Diana’s condo for 6 weeks. From start to finish we felt at home, comfortable, and surrounded by a lovely landscape. There were 3 pools and a beautiful open-air community house; one pool was a very short walk from the condo. As many others have noted, Diana provided beach chairs and towels, a big umbrella, and coolers for picnics at the beach. The beach was a five minute walk, plenty of space to enjoy the diving pelicans, breaking waves and lovely vistas. Diana recommended several great restaurants - our favorites were nearby Oasis, and KGB in the shopping center. Cerro Beach was a short drive and the perfect place to swim, and spend an afternoon. Punta Salina’s Beach was a bit further but worth the time there. Diana was always helpful, replied promptly, offered suggestions. I never actually met her, but grew to think of her as a good neighbor. Her dad, Adrian, installed a battery back up which would be welcome if we lost power. We highly recommend this Lakeside villa!

Our stay was wonderful. The location of the villa is amazing, walkable to a very private and beautiful beach and close distance to lots of sights. The interior is filled with unique antique furniture (which I, as a designer, appreciated a lot). The house is calm and tranquil. Several great food spots nearby. Hosts were very responsive and provided us with lots of recommendations. Kitchen appliances are somewhat old and outdated, but that was a minor nuisance for us. Highly recommend and would likely return

Love the place, close to all the good stuff beach,bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc. We really appreciate it, nice place to relax, thanks Hector.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere was relaxed and oasis like. Very peaceful and tucked away but just short drive away from shops and restaurants (7 or 8 minutes). We enjoyed walking to the neighborhood beach. Also driving around the community in the golf cart. The property itself was as advertised and in pictures. It was very comfortable and felt like being at home (away from home). Luis was prompt with checking and responding to questions. He even assured us there would be no problems with the power at the property even thought the entire island lost power for 24 hours since there was a generator. The only somewhat “issue” we had which was outside of Luis control would be the periodic blips watching cable. Didn’t prevent watching shows just sometimes had to fill in words from the blips. Not the end of the world just noting. There are no issues using streaming platforms, just the local cable network. Would certainly recommend this property and would stay again.

Villa Iris was a terrific escape for our family of 5. The villa is very close to the picturesque beach, which was perfect for swimming and sunbathing, and offered the snorkeling we hoped for. The weekend was busier on the beach, but the weekdays were very quiet. The host and their team were incredibly responsive, and the property manager had the kitchen pre-stocked with a grocery order we sent ahead. The patio was comfortable, and the air conditioning was powerful and effective when needed. A great vacation!

Nereida's place was as advertised and she was very responsive to our questions. Her place is in a very quiet, gated, condo association. It has direct access to two wonderful beaches. We used them both. The condo was well equipped for our family of five (two parents and three adult children). It was very clean. We found it all very peaceful and relaxing. When we wanted excitement, we could easily drive to it. The grocery store, pharmacy, and gas station were just outside the complex, very convenient. Nereida sent very detailed instructions on how to find her place, which is very helpful as we have found navigation in PR generally difficult with the lack of signage and differing road names. I'd recommend that you learn to input the GPS coordinates into your smartphone, which will make navigation much easier. We would absolutely stay here again.

The house was well appointed/ equipped. She was very responsive to any need or suggestion. Boys liked the pool and various water 'toys.' Patio / pool are was comfortable for relaxing and swimming, as well as meals.

Beautiful villa, plenty of space for our family of six, super close to the pool which was perfect for the kids. Walkable to a private beach access which was very peaceful. Community is very safe and secure. The house and kitchen were very well stocked. Alma and Alex were incredibly quick to respond to any inquiry, we really appreciated their attentiveness.
