A very comfortable and spacious house for recommendation. It has all the described contents and you will not miss anything during your stay in it. It is located in a pleasant and peaceful environment. The location is good and is 10 minutes drive from Samokov and 10 to 15 minutes drive from Borovets. The host Dmitar is very kind and available all the time of your stay.

We were very happy with the visit. My girlfriend has health problems and we needed a quiet and peaceful place for her to relax. Nuala's place fits this description. It is situated in an unfinished golf resort in the middle between Kostenets and Dolna Banya. There are beautiful views towards the mountain. During the week there was almost no one else in the resort and so we could see all kinds of birds around us by just looking through the windows - including pheasants, hawks and owls. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to visit again

We loved the stone villa - beautiful house, looks just like the photos (quite exceptional in Bulgaria!), the boys loved the fitness and sauna!

Fun, unique place to stay. There were only three of us...so there was WAY more space than we needed. Beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean and kitchen had everything you might need.

Dimitar's place is perfect for a stay in Bansko. Close to the gondola and has everything you could possibly need.

It was very cosy and clean apertment. It is 10 min walk to Gondola.Two balconies have lovely views. Only thing I wish the information about sauna and pool was much clearer. Pool is very small. It is good for kids. Sauna, pool are not free and only open between 5pm-7pm which same because by the time you finish skii g and had a drink, there is not much time left really.

Our stay in Vladimir's place was absolutely amazing! The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfectly located – in a quiet area, yet close to everything important. The apartment was perfectly clean and maintained. Not to mention very luxurious! Vladimir was incredibly responsive and always ready to help with recommendations for local restaurants and attractions – a true professional! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy Bansko. If I could give 6 stars, I would!

Amazing location and very nice house. Васил was very supportive and responded quickly when we had a few issues: no towels left in one of the rooms solved the same day. There was some bad smell (pipe / drain system) coming from the storage / laundry room, that it is locked@; he checked it and told us it was a problem with the neighboring house. Not solved completely but it improved. If you need to use a laundry machine, bear in mind that it is not available (or you need to ask for it). The location is beautiful and the house enjoys a good garden space. The kitchen was well equipped. Furniture in the living room is not top quality but it was clean. It was a good experience with this stay and Васил. We paid quite a lot but it was a busy week. If you plan to go skiing and you don’t know the resort, I recommend you to spend time ahead of time in checking all logistics involved: ski pass, rental, lessons, lines. Prices are very different. You can enjoy discounts if you do all together.

We had an amazing stay at Valeria’s place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect: peaceful yet within walking distance of the city center. For skiing, it couldn’t have been better—you can walk in your ski or snowboard boots and ski right down to the gondola! Valeria was a fantastic host—kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Her instructions for check-in were clear, making the whole process seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay at Irena's Airbnb in Bansko! We had a fantastic stay at Irena’s Airbnb in Bansko. The place was spotless, warm, and very comfortable. Communication with Irena was super easy, and she was always friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. A great bonus was the free entrance to the swimming pool and the complimentary shuttle to the gondola, making it even more convenient for skiing. The location was also excellent—close to everything yet peaceful. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bansko!

I personally recommend this place for future visitors. It's small neat and has all one needs. Location is great and easy to access all the places near the main Gondola station in Bansko. Yordan is very responsive and proactive for communicating with the guest. Moreover l, will help out if an issue arises. Overall, it was a great Airbnb experienceand & I'd gladly come back.

We were a group of eight people and stayed at Ljubov’s place in March. The house is located in a small mountain village, right at the entrance of Beli Iskar. It was just as described, with three separate bedrooms on the second floor, one bedroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms on the ground floor. Additionally, there were two wide couches that were very comfortable for sleeping, which we also used. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need—various dishes, glasses, kettles, pans, etc. Tea, coffee, and spices were also available. All the bedrooms were beautiful and warm, with clean linen, and most had their own bathrooms. There are ski resorts and nature trails nearby. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and easy. Ljubov is incredibly kind, friendly, responsive, and welcoming, always willing to help in any situation. We hope to come back soon!

Nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood about 10 min walk from the gondola. It is located on the ground floor, nevertheless pretty warm. The check-in/check-out process went smooth with the nice lady, who was also very quick to respond to any questions during my stay there.

This is my second time in Bansko with my family. (2 kids, husband & wife) Desislava's place has a wonderful location. Everything you might need is easily in walking distance. The house was well cleaned with all the amenities you'd need. Thanks for the coffee capsules and the equipment :) The communication was great. This is a perfect value for money choice in Bansko. The apartment is beautiful, very relaxing and pleasant, magical. The balcony is great with a beautiful and calming view of the forest. The balcony is not to the pool of the place which is a great bonus, it’s very quiet apartment. The kitchen was ok, with a big fridge. The bed was comfortable. We loved Green Life, it’s next to the beautiful forest and water streams. There is even a stream 5 min walk from the apartment. The city is 15 min walk. We loved been there. There is an outside pool and a kids play room in the Green Life, so it was great to stay there with our toddler. The apartment was not well equipped with cleaning supplies, soaps, or kitchen equipment. It was a bit dusty and I hope the host will clean well the carpets. The shower has no pressure in the hot water. But still we loved our stay and will come back. We recommend it!! The host was nice and communicative , thank you for your host! We appreciate it very much🙏🏼🥰

Great place with a large common area that can easily fit 6-7 people. The parking spot can easily fit 2 cars and there is very nice BBQ outside (the hosts even prepared it for us TWICE). The hosts are in a nearby house (connected to this one without direct pathway). They we close enough for us to know where to find them if needed but never felt like we're being supervised. The house is pet-friendly! There are enough plates and utensils in the kitchen. The down floor is very warm although the floor was a bit cold so we’d recommend wearing footwear. The bedrooms are on a separate floor that is not connected to the common area so you’ll have to go outside for a moment.

Communication très facile avec Jordan et instructions d'arrivée détaillées. Le logement de Jordan est extrêmement bien placé, à proximité immédiate des restaurants et autres lieux mais dans une petite rue tranquille. Les oeufs pour le ski sont à moins de 10 minutes à pieds.

Приятна, уютна и голяма къща. Подходяща е за големи групи. Относно паркирането, без проблем може да паркирате 4 коли в двора на къщата. Ние бяхме 12 човека, разпределени в 6 стаи, всяка със санитарен възел. Трапезарията и холът са доста просторни. Без никакъв проблем се събирахме. Също така има 2 общи тоалетни в близост до трапезарията. Имаше бърз интернет в цялата къща.Относно другите удобства - билярд, камина,барбекю, уредба, голям двор - всичко е като в описанието. Препоръчвам и със сигурност ще дойда пак!
