We are settled on 9.5 acres which you are Welcome to roam. Farm dogs Klaus (Bernese/Aussie) and Pinkie (Dachsi) are friendly and keep busy with roaming the property. Our horses are your neighbors and you will most likely find us in the garden. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of your getaway to relax. Two bicycles provided.

Swan Hill Suite

NO PET FEES! 😁 This modern, comfortable, pet-friendly suite is centrally located in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood near parks and trails. We are not within walking distance of downtown, but we very close to bus routes and the Galloping Goose Trail. This is a SMALL space, only 230 sq. ft. ...think tiny home. Our goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, clean environment for one or two folks and their furry travel companions. We have been licensed by regional and provincial authorities.

This custom mid-century style home (an original Jordan River residence) is tucked in amongst 2 acres of rainforest and beautifully landscaped food gardens. Our unique Westcoast hideaway features wrap-around decks for sun all day, a woodstove, radiant floor heating, and a covered bar for hosting. A short walk down our private trail will have you at the ocean for breathtaking sunsets. We are walking distance to K2 beach, China Beach, and Jordan River beach (with the Cold shoulder cafe).

The Bonsai Bunkhouse, located in beautiful Jordan River, B.C, is an off-grid, 150 sq ft eco-friendly, tiny home. Located in a quiet corner of our property, situated in a Japanese garden inspired setting, which we built using mainly reclaimed and recycled materials. The cabin has a king bed in the upper loft and the banquette below turns into a queen bed. Our property is located within a minute drive from the Juan De Fuca Trailhead (China Beach) as well as the beaches of Jordan River.

The Sound - Ocean Front Surf- Hydrotherapy Jet Spa

Listen to the waves and sea lions barking from your private studio with a luxury king bed on this popular ocean front property. This West Coast retreat is located 40 meters above the surf. A short trail will take you there. This charming, 1950’s single level, bungalow is a guest favourite. It is fully furnished with lots of amenities in an old world charm and pretty garden setting. A perfect cottage for a family or group that sleeps up to 8 people. Pets welcome with a fully fenced front yard and courtyard area. Neighbourhood park directly across the street. Great location with free onsite parking for two cars, near bus, shops, UVIC/Camosun, short drive to downtown.

If relaxation and privacy is what you crave, this unit has a separate entrance and patio/ private hot tub/backyard reserved for your own personal use. This suite is on the ground level of our primary residence, so your hosts reside on the floors above and are readily available if necessary. Although ground level, this suite has high ceilings and large windows providing bright, natural light.
