The apartment was clean and spacious; the outdoor deck was great for breakfast and the upper deck for views of the city lived up to our expectations. The location was great, 2 blocks from the ubahn(subway) trams, coffee shops and supermarkets. Mario was available and responsive when we needed him. We had one minor issue with the Wifi. It was in and out, a little difficult since some of us were working. Overall a great space and quiet.

Schöne, helle moderne Wohnung. Genauso wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Toll war auch die große Dachterrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeit. Heike hat einem klare Anweisungen ein paar Stunden vor dem Check-in zukommen lassen, sodass alles problemlos geklappt hat. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es diverse Restaurantangebote und Supermärkte. Durch die Nähe zu U-Bahn und Tram ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Wir würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall immer wieder für einen Wien-Aufenthalt buchen.

I had a great stay at Amel‘s place, the apartment was clean had lots of stores nearby in walkable distance, and the host was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed and felt like home. Apartment is amazing, super clean and looks exactly as in the photos. Klaus response to any inquiry is friendly, polite and fast. Department is located 3 min walking from nearest U Bahn Station. Highly recommend this accommodation!

Stefan was a great host. His apartment is well situated for visiting Vienna. Supermarket close by and restaurants within walking distance. Trams are a short walk away. Apartment is beautifully decorated and outside space a great bonus . Would highly recommend.

Dies war das beste Airbnb in dem wir je waren! Unglaublich sauber, die Lage perfekt, super bequeme Betten, tolle Ausstattung und das Highlight: der Pool auf dem Dach. Wir haben jeden Tag in dieser Unterkunft genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation mit Fabian/den Gastgebern war stets freundlich, hilfreich und schnell. Absolute Empfehlung!!!

Wir waren zu 4. als Familie in der Unterkunft, gute Lage, Straßenbahn zur inneren Stadt sehr nahe Wohnung schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht, Supermarkt, Markt, Bäcker gut erreichbar Einfache, freundliche Kommunikation Wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Wohnung ist wirklich super. Sie hat alles, was man so braucht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Man hat sehr viele Verstaumöglichkeiten und die Wohnung ist größer als es auf den Fotos wirkt. Die Lage ist auch super und man hat gute Anbindungen mit Bus und Bahn. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder :)

Martin's place ideal for someone who want to take excursions in the forsets nearby Wien. The hause is big and clean, with nice garden. Good public transport.

It was a great stay! All amenities are as described. We even left something there and the host was very helpful with it. It’s just ashamed we came during wet days so kids cant really play around those lovely garden outside! All aside, 5 star!

Diese Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen. Sie ist ruhig und der Blick in Garten und Wald überwältigend. Aber auch ein Ausflug nach Wien ist mir Bus oder 15 Minuten fahrt zu einem P+R (S Bahn Anbindung) gut zu machen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus sind zuvorkommend aber auch diskret.

The house was in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The upstairs study room was great for doing some work and the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay there again.

Wir haben uns hier wie zu Hause gefühlt und konnten unsere Reise sehr entspannt genießen. Der nahegelegene Kurpark, in dem wir jeden Morgen spazieren gehen konnten, war wunderbar ruhig und schön. Wenn man Wien besucht, eine Pause braucht und eine gemütliche Unterkunft für die Familie sucht, können wir diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen.😉

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti. L’appartamento ha di gran lunga superato le aspettative, locali molto belli e forniti di tutto il necessario. Il posto auto era sempre disponibile. In tutti i locali la pulizia era impeccabile. Inoltre, Angela è stata molto disponibile e cordiale! Lo consiglio vivamente!!

We stayed for a longer term and I can tell this was a great stay! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and comfortable. Not to mention that the house is spacious and clean. Matthias was very friendly and nice, he always wondered if we are enjoying the stay and if we need anything. In other words, this house was worth it's price for sure! :) Thank you very much!

Patricks apartment is perfectly located to either walk to of take public transit to the major sights. There are many restaurants within a couple blocks with many ethic choices. The apartment is large and clean and well furnished. We have a 3 week stay and found it ideal for us. We had a couple of questions for Patrick and he was always available , responsive and friendly. I highly recommend !

Sono stata molto soddisfatta del mio soggiorno in questo appartamento a Vienna! La posizione era perfetta, vicino alla metro e alla fermata del bus, il che rendeva facile spostarsi in città. Inoltre, c'era un mini market proprio vicino all'appartamento. La zona era molto tranquilla e silenziosa, ideale per riposare dopo una giornata di esplorazione della città. L'appartamento era confortevole e ben arredato, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca una posizione comoda e una zona tranquilla in cui soggiornare a Vienna.

Wir waren zu fünft (Familie) für 3 Übernahctungen. Sehr schöne großzügige moderne Unterkunft. Gut ausgestattet und sauber. Sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen: Tram, S-Bahn, Bus und Payuca-Parkhaus, Tankstelle und Lidl direkt vor der Tür. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse. Hausschuhe, Bademäntel für alle 5 vorhanden. Großes Bad mit Regendusche / getrennte Toilette. Moderne Küche, Zucker, Salz, Tee, Kaffee-Kapseln vorhanden. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: ein Toaster für die Küche wäre super). Spülmaschinentabs gab es keine aber wir mussten auch die Maschine nicht laufen lassen sondern nur am Schluss befüllen. Bei längeren Aufenthalten sollte man Tabs mitbringen (oder beim Lidl gegenüber kaufen). Check-In lief problemlos (ohne Schlüssel - mit Zugangs-Code). Dass wir erst um 11 Uhr auschecken mussten kam uns sehr gelegen! Insgeamt ruhiges Wohnhaus; konnten alle sehr gut schlafen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen - insbesondere für Familien mit 5-6 Personen.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delia's. Away from the touristy area but still within very easy reach with the tram right by the front door, bus over in the side street. We would certainly stay at Delia's when we next return to Vienna.

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt, die Wohnung ist gut &entspannt gelegen.

Sehr schöne Villa und tolles großes helles Appartement. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben jeden Raum genossen, unsere Lieblingsraum war die niedliche Küche. Die Umgebung ist auch toll mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar sowie auch Natur (Fluß, Wald). Es gibt eine Straße vor der Villa mit Verkehr, aber das stört nicht und Nachts ist sowieso ruhig. Der Tram ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar über die Straße oder lieber über den angenehmen Spaziergang am Fluß entlang. Mit S-Bahn und U-Bahn ist Wien Zentrum sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben Edith und Dieter bei unserer Ankunft getroffen: ein liebesvolle Paar, das uns einiges Tipps gegeben hat. Sie waren während unseres Aufenthalts sehr diskret, jedoch aufmerksam. Vielen Dank Edith und Dieter.

Die Zeit im Appartment von Andie war wieder einmal wunderschön. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche, warmherzige und engagierte Gastgeberin. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben. Das Appartment ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Vom Balkon hat man eine herrliche Aussicht über die ganze Stadt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)

Totally fantastic! A lovely apartment, very well laid out and bright, with good space (even for 八卦掌 exercise). Nice living/kitchen area, with nearby bedroom and bathroom. Private and peaceful, many nearby green places and even for swimming. Sabine was great with communication and hospitality. I arrived on a Sunday (supermarkets closed) and she kindly provided some cooking supplies I was lacking. The only drawback, I could not share the experience with my wife. Again, fantastic
