A perfect vacation for the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 kids)! Spacious, easy access to beach, restaurants, stores. Tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys for kids. Super clean. And a very very responsive rental agency! Was nice to have upper decks off both bedrooms - could see the beautiful sunrise from our primary bedroom. The large garage was a nice perk to store things. Plus the huge and new washing machine and dryer were a pleasant surprise! Enjoy watching the wildlife from the decks and patios - foxes, gopher turtles, bunnies, etc.

The location awesome. The complex is very clean, safe and well maintained. The pool was clean, the water was warm and it wasn’t too busy. The boardwalk to the ocean was great. We regularly saw several turtles near the boardwalk. The condo’s air conditioning and heat was spot on. The beds were comfortable. We had everything in the room for a wonderful stay. Jeremy, the owner is first rate. Super friendly and helpful. He gave us many tips for restaurants in the area. The leather furniture and tile floors were great for all my allergies. We had a nice view of the sunrise over the ocean from our room. I could go on and on.

Allen was a great host and we all had an incredible time. Steps to a beautiful private beach and fabulous pools. More than enough space for 7 of us in the condo. We will definitely try to stay again.

We had a great time - family came to visit in twos and loved all the amenities. The condo was in a great location with views of the ocean (and turtles in the dunes). We were close to the pool, hot tub and grill. The beach is close - and beautiful. The condo was well-stocked and our hosts were very responsive when we contacted them with a question.

You can’t beat the view from the condo! You can watch the sunrise right from the living room. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful pool directly outside of the condo. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach chairs provided. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return.

We had a lovely experience staying at Creston House Beachfront Condominium . Karen, the host was incredibly welcoming and provided clear instructions for check-in, which made our arrival and stay seamless. The place itself was beach cozy and exactly as described in the listing. The decor was charming, and it felt like a home away from home. I especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to have coffee and prepare a quick breakfast in the mornings. The location was fantastic, incredibly close to the ocean. I appreciated the quiet nature feel , making it easy to relax to the sound of ocean waves. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone looking for an incredible beach escape. We will definitely return!

It was my Mom’s birthday and I wanted to make it a special occasion. So staying on the beach at Rae’s place was the perfect location for us . The boardwalk was so close to go out onto the beach. We could hear the ocean waves and see a little of the ocean from the back patio. There is a wall and some tall grass which gave us some privacy there. Everything was clean, furniture comfortable and place was overall quiet. I like that it was tucked back in but also on the first floor - easily accessible. Had a wonderful time and highly recommend it!

We had an amazing time at this beach condo! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The best part? The views were absolutely stunning—panoramic ocean views from the porch made every morning and evening unforgettable. Easy beach access, and the sound of the waves at night was just perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

Apartment C war perfekt für Oma, Opa, Kinder und Enkelkinder. Größe, Ausstattung und Lage könnten kaum besser sein. Restaurants und Strand gleich um die Ecke. Wendy und Team waren sehr freundlich und antworteten innerhalb von Minuten. Danke, besonders für Early Check-in. Wir hoffen, nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious, clean, easy to find condo. Perfect for our family of 5. Great location and easy walk to the beach. Well stocked with beach gear including towels, toys, chairs, beach cart, and more! Our youngest loved swimming in the pool when she was tired of the sand. Very responsive host. We highly recommend this listing and would stay here again.

Wow, what an amazing location! Gypsy Palace is set directly next to the ocean — the sand is literally just a few steps away. You can see and hear the surf from the living/kitchen area — and what a beautiful sight! The cozy apartment was very clean and well-equipped. There was even a Keurig coffee machine. We also really appreciated the no-step access via the front door (to the single/ground floor unit) and the few steps to get to the beach — made it so safe and easy for our aging doggie … and us! The owner/host was super responsive, flexible, helpful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely look into staying here again when we’re in the area. And, many thanks to the owner/host for sharing this wonderful spot with us!

Great place to stay with lots to do within walking distance. Beautiful beach only a short walk as well as restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, etc. Narelle was very quick to respond and helpful, answering all questions. The condo was perfect for my group of 3 and we all felt like home there. Would definitely recommend staying there!

It was an amazing experience. First, it was in a perfect location to things. Secondly, the beach and pool were perfect for our vacation getaway. Also, the hosts were so responsive and prompt to answering questions as well as being super accommodating to us! So thank you both!

I enjoyed staying at this little condo! The space had everything you need and was in a great location with amenities. 15 min drive to downtown St. Augustine and across the street from Kookaburra coffee! Both pools were heated and felt amazing. It was easy to bring the provided beach chairs/wagon through the private beach entrance, only a short walk through the condo complex. Would recommend!

Never knew palm coast existed . What an amazing place . Driving in you feel as if you are at a private resort . The condo was perfect . Everything was exactly the way it was described . Immaculate . Glenn and Kelly were asking us if we needed anything from the start. I will be returning as soon as I can .. Sun fun and relaxation is exactly what we got on this trip ..

WOW! The view and sounds of the ocean were amazing! The photos of the view do not do it justice, and the sounds of the crashing waves were so relaxing! We usually go out to dinner every night when we travel, but we couldn't tear ourselves away from that ocean view, so we BBQ'd on the deck and sipped wine. One lucky day, we were treated to dolphins swimming past the condo. It's an easy 15-minute drive to St. Augustine - well worth the trip!

Such a beautiful beach condo! Very clean, nicely decorated, super spacious and amazing views. The condo comes stocked with plenty of bathroom, laundry and kitchen essentials. We enjoyed having easy access to the fabulous beach and pool. Kids also enjoyed the extra activities on property such as, tennis and basketball. The location of the condo is close to Marineland where the kids got to swim with dolphins. Unfortunately, we did run into an HVAC issue during our stay. The management team stayed in communication with us and sent out a tech to help try and make our stay more comfortable. Overall, we had a fun beach getaway and would stay again.

Being close enough to hear the ocean was worth it all! Beautiful and well maintained property. The condo is much bigger than I thought it would be! It’s very roomy and a great place for families with children. Overall our stay was amazing and we would definitely stay again! The beds were very comfortable and also having a tv in every room was great at night (when we weren’t walking the beach). This property also felt very safe which matters a lot to us! It was extremely close to restaurants and shopping and we also visited Washington Oaks Garden (it’s a must)! We spent a day in Daytona and a day in St. Augustine and enjoyed being in between both of those towns. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay, this is it!

Tim and Melody were fabulous hosts. They were responsive and accommodating from our first communication to checkout. The house is in a great location with lots of amenities for a beach vacation. Grocery store is walkable and it is close to restaurants and activities. Will certainly consider for our future vacation. Thank you Tim and Melody!

Nicole was a great host. Very responsive and available all throughout our trip! We had kiddos with us and they loved the variety if beach toys for the beach. We rented both units and they were both clean and ready early. The location was quiet and a quick 2-3 min. walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location with great views of the ocean and dunes. Condo was clean and well appointed. David was very responsive. The grounds were really nice as well.
