Just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous Lamoine Beach and Lamoine State Park, and a quick drive to Marlborough Beach and Blunts Pond (an amazing local swimming hole!). Welcome to Ravens' Crossing , an 1850's farm located in Midcoast Maine in Appleton. With two guest cottages to choose from, you will find yourself in a peaceful, quiet space. Hot tub is working! Breakfast is $40, delivered to your cabin. Shared bath at studio, short walk from cabin; out-house at cabin Whether you choose to receive massage, relax in the sauna, stay in a cottage, you can decide how your retreat desires may be met. Flying Mountain Cabin

Nestled in the quiet side of the Mount Desert Island woods just a short walk to Bass Harbor and the closest lodging to Bass Harbor Head Light and the Ship Harbor and Wonderland hiking trails in beautiful Acadia National Park are the Lighthouse Cabins. These cabins feature almost 400 square feet of living space with kitchenette, dining area and private bathroom. Amenities include: Air Conditioner, electric fireplace, Keurig, Microwave/Air Fryer, refrigerator/freezer, 50" TV and high speed wifi.

Great home base! Updated 2nd floor 1-bedroom apt of 1875 home is clean & roomy w/private entrance. Full size kitchen w/dishwasher. Off Rte 1A leading to Acadia Nat'l Park (19 miles), Schoodic, etc. Safe storage for two bicycles available. There are 15 inside steps; entry hallway needs paint. Bed & futon are both standard-size, combo shower/tub. 4/10 mile to downtown Ellsworth w/shopping, dining, & pubs; or cook at home! Check in 4 p.m. or later. Inquiries for longer stays welcome. Finding Joy

This lovely apartment is above our garage. You can come and go as you please. We have created a place for peace and solitude. Sit on the deck or look out the dining room window and see the woods and wait for the birds and wildlife that may be wonder through the yard. There is coffee and tea available, along with basic breakfast supplies, if you wish. Keyless entry allows for you to come anytime after check-in. Please note, you have to be comfortable with stairs to access the apartment.

The Nest - Cozy En-suite 2 Bedroom/2 Baths

The cabin is tucked into the woods providing opportunities for all day wildlife and bird watching. It feels secluded but is minutes away from Belfast, Lincolnville and Camden. We are a little over an hour to Acadia National Park and two hours from Baxter State Park (Mount Katahdin highest mountain in Maine). The cabin is extremely cozy and has well supplied kitchen. There are several outside seating areas with fire pits and a screen porch for a”morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

The Cottage at the McCobb House

Freshly renovated inside and out, the cottage is your private Maine camp. Located on an acre and a half of wooded grounds, and surrounded by forest, the cottage feels secluded, but it’s only a mile to the restaurants, shops, and waterfront attractions of bustling Boothbay Harbor. With hiking trails in the Pine Tree Preserve that adjoins the property and the Lobster Cove Meadow Preserve a five minute walk up the road, you can also explore nature and enjoy the solitude of the woods.

Situated on a cozy little hill, you'll be elevated above all the other domes, affording you a "royal" view of the landscape! With a clear view of the sprawling fields, you'll frequently be the first to spot the family of deer that visit ComfyDome. Your heart will be filled with joy at the sight of the newborn fawns walking through the grass. You'll be surrounded by stunning natural beauty on all sides and ample open space to enjoy your site comfortably!

Open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights all year. Enjoy Acadia National Park. 1885 home and grounds are a mixture of old farmhouse and updated design/functioning. In Somesville Village (on a main road) with Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor minutes away. The house has a kitchen with dining area, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bath. We are year round residents and love to share our home ,garden, field and woods.

We have an open, airy studio apartment with a queen bed, twin bed, and twin trundle under the twin, private bathroom and full kitchen, located approximately 25 miles, or about a 40 minute drive, from Acadia National Park. Pets are welcome as we have a small fenced in area in the backyard. Bring home a lobster and cook it in the fully furnished kitchen.

Our beautifully restored 160 year-old barn is centrally located on Mt. Desert Island, approximately 15 minutes from the village of Bar Harbor and approximately 10 minutes from the entrance to Acadia National Park via an old farm road, aptly named 'The Crooked Road'.
