Our cottage is nestled behind Oviedo’s oldest home. The cottage boasts lots of windows with a beautiful view of the outdoors. Inside the cottage is a queen-size bed, table for 2-4, kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster and microwave, TV with Netflix and Prime, plus WiFi. There is a tall claw foot tub which can be difficult for people with mobility issues. The cottage is connected to the main house but has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy. There are no shared spaces.

My wish is that our guests will have a great time resting in this quiet and cozy private bedroom with a memory foam mattress and designer linens. Enjoy a cup of Starbucks coffee in the full kitchen with breakfast. Two living rooms with a big smart TV to enjoy your favorite streaming apps Netflix, Hulu, Sling, and YouTube. So... you will have the best in the house. Please, no pets. Not 420 friendly.

We have an amazing 150 year old home on the East Coast of Florida that has 5 separate suites. This room has a King sized bed. All rooms have their own private bath and are themed. This home has a lot of common areas available for all guests to use including a beautiful living room with an old Victrola, large dining room and casual lounge and breakfast area.
