V Luxury Residence Metlika je velika spalnica, dnevna soba z wellnessom in kuhinjo ter kopalnica. Spalnica je opremljena za dve osebi in je od osrednjega dela ločena z vrati. Kuhinja je opremljena s sodobno in vso potrebno opremo za kuhanje. V osrednjem delu je jedilna miza, usnjen raztegljiv kavč, na katerem lahko spita dve osebi in TV s Playstation 5. V wellnessu imamo finsko in infrardečo savno ter jacuzzi s TV. Kopalnica je ločena z vrati. Zunaj apartmaja je terasa in brezplačno parkirišče.

Studio apartment "Apex" is a penthouse with a large terrace overlooking the entire city and the river Korana. It is located in the wider city center, contains one room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, air conditioning and Smart TV. Parking in front of the building is free. The price includes champagne / wine as a welcome gift. The landlord speaks English and Croatian. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the building. The apartment is luxurious and comfortable.

The apartement is located in Jarun, Franje Wolfla street, a few minutes away from the Jarun lake, a recreation and sport complex with lots of bars, good restorants and night clubs. Jarun is placed outside the center, so you can reach the center by car within 10min or by tram within 15-30 min depends on the traffic. The appartement is placed on the 1st floor and the parking lot is in front of the building of the apartment, it is a public parking lot and it is free.

Cottage Ljubica

Our wooden cottage is located in the village Mahićno near the town of Karlovac. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is by the woods where you can take a walk and see a lot of harmless animals. In just a few minutes’ walk through the woods and the meadow you can reach the river Kupa. You can also reach the river Dobra in ca. 20 min by foot and see where Dobra joins the Kupa. Both rivers are very clean and are great refreshment in hot summer days.

Take a break from your day-to-day life by spending some time in this self sustainable A-frame cottage in the hills of beautiful nature park Žumberak. The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in the central Zagreb district of Donji grad (Lower Town), just a 15 minute walk from the main tourist hub, where most attractions are. The south-facing main room features large windows that let in plenty of sunlight and offer a pleasant view of the quiet street with trees. The place is owned by a famous Croatian illustrator, so you can enjoy his artwork throughout the space.
