June of 2021 we finished up a complete re-design/remodel of our modern farmhouse so everything is updated fresh and new!

Our 125 sq ft tiny home is a sanctuary where time slows down. Our hope is connections deepen, creativity flourishes, & the soul finds rest here. Just a short drive from Raleigh, this cozy retreat offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful, country setting & easy access to amenities and attractions.

Two Dachshund Farm (Lavender & Fiber Farm), LLC

Stay on a working fiber/lavender farm convenient to the Raleigh/Durham area - 20 min. from Interstate 85 & 50 min. from 95. Interact with our alpacas, sheep, llamas, Angora goats, donkeys, & more. Shop our farm store, stroll the property. Tours are free for registered guests. Friends may join the tour for a fee. Use of the pool is for registered guests only. Twenty stairs lead up to the 700 sq ft over-the-garage apartment with private entrance. Includes a king bed & pullout couch.

This 1901 bungalow still maintains much of its historic charm, though it is newly renovated and stylishly furnished for the utmost comfort and enjoyment during your stay. **We charge a separate $30 per pet/per night fee AFTER you book.

You can also eat dinner or hang out in the hammock in the secret garden under the glow of bistro lights.

Despite the proximity to downtown, we frequently have deer in the back yard which adds to the home town feel.
