We booked this place for our anniversary weekend and it was nothing but amazing. The views are incredible & we got to see so much wildlife during our stay. The inside of the house feels like home. It is so beautifully decorated and cozy. We cannot wait to come back and have another peaceful, relaxing weekend.

I had an incredible stay at this cabin! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the breathtaking views – they were absolutely stunning. The interior was beautifully decorated and had such a cozy, welcoming vibe. The space was immaculate, and it really felt like a home away from home. The beds were super comfy, everything exceeded expectations. On top of all that, the host was fantastic – super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. I can't recommend this place enough. Will definitely be returning!

We stayed at this place for two nights and had a good experience overall. The cottage was modern in design and was given to us clean and tidy. However, we encountered two issues. First, the house did not have laundry detergent and paper towels, which could be easily addressed. More importantly, the cottage does not have direct access to the lake. It is located on the upper side of the road, while the lake is on the lower side. To reach the lake, you need to cross the road and go through another property. This was not what we expected based on the photos, as the road was not shown in them.

Overall a great experience, Only complaint that's more of a personal gripe is communication with the owners was a little lax due to the fact that most of it was done through a bot account. Also just a small note, which I think is normal behavior, is that if you rent as a smaller party (such a 2 people) then the owner's will lock the rooms upstairs. Aside from this my girlfriend and I had an amazing time.

Our stay at Prunella #4 was nothing short of outstanding. The cabin was everything as advertised and more, so very cozy and in immaculate shape. We got to enjoy the lake, getting to use both one of the canoes and the kayaks to go on the lake. Walking the trails was incredibly peaceful, we even managed to see a pair of beautiful whitetail deer on our walk! It was also a pleasant surprise to get to meet Nancy and Catherine while we were exploring the property, who were there doing some work on the new 3 cabins they've recently built! They were both incredibly friendly and welcoming, and took time away from what they were doing to have a conversation with us about the origin of this incredible space they've built. I cannot even put into words what a relaxing weekend this was for my partner and I. Our experience was magical, and plan to return very soon! Thanks again Nancy and Catherine!

This is a wonderful place and it exceeded our expectations. The home and surroundings are exactly as advertised. Lots of great room for guests to do things together (eat, play games, talk) or spend some alone time with nature. We loved our stay here and much fun was had at the shuffleboard table.

Beautiful cabin, cats were friendly and so was Maria. Definitely want to return again for a longer visit and explore around.

Had an amazing stay in this cozy chalet with a beautiful lake and fall views full of colours! Gurmeet was very responsive and helpful. The drive to this place makes the experience even more beautiful and worthwhile. Will visit again!!

La cabine est très belle et confortable. C’est vraiment un bel endroit pour se ressourcer. Nous avons eu assez de bois pour faire des feux dans le foyers, les lits sont confortables et la cuisine ne manque de rien. Andrew répondait très vite au message et est super gentil !

Perfect Lakeside Getaway – Highly Recommended! Our stay at Alex and Tiffany’s beautiful lakeside house near Maniwaki was absolutely incredible. The home is brand new, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect retreat. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even leaving a lovely welcome gift for our stay, which we truly appreciated. One of the best parts about this place is how close it is to everything in the city while still feeling peaceful and secluded by the lake. The views are breathtaking, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxation. Alex and Tiffany were incredibly thoughtful, even setting up games for our younger ones, which made our stay even more enjoyable. While we visited outside of summer, I can only imagine how amazing it would be in the warmer months, with the lake right there for swimming and outdoor activities. If you’re passing through Maniwaki, I highly recommend staying here—you won’t regret it!

We had a very cozy time staying at Maribeth’s place. There was a snow storm during half of our stay. So we didn’t go out too much. The house had everything we needed for a cozy stay in. Maribeth actively checked in throughout our stay to ensure we had what we needed.

My husband, baby, dog and I had a great stay! The cabin was very clean, and had everything you need. Comfortable bed, clean pool and trails near by. Celebrated Halloween on the weekend, all the kids were dressed up and they had trick or treating through the campsite. Everyone staff and other campers are all so friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Very peaceful stay ! Exactly what we were looking for . Loved the free access t the water activities. Kayaking , paddle boards , pedallo !

We had a great time! Cabin was just as described and very clean, outhouse was also really well maintained. There was lots of wood for the campfire and their dock had everything you would need for a fun day on the water. Thank you!

We went to Ruben’s cottage for our daughter’s first christmas in 2024. The place was private, cute & cozy for 4-5 ppl. The host is very prompt in responding to our doubts (even though they are mentioned in the description). The location is 30 mins away from parc omega. I had requested to put up some Christmas decor for our daughter and Ruben was kind enough to accomodate the request. the living room was beautifully lighted up and well decorated. To our surprise, we found christmas presents for us below the tree. Note : the location in the google map is little inaccurate. It took us 50 metres farther. We checked with the host before we could spot the cottage. Overall it was a very pleasant experience for my family and would definitely recommend.

3 nights in the Finch Cabin felt like living on another planet - it was so peaceful, quiet, and private. Exactly what me and my partner needed! The space was clean and well laid out, obviously small as it's a tiny home, but I never felt cramped with just 2 people. I 100% will be booking again and have already recommended it to my friends!

We had a great time at an almost orivate beach and enjoyed swimming and canoeing in the lake. Wally is a great host and the cottage was really well equipped. Thanks for the nice holiday!
