Our carriage house is across the street from the beach and on a private dead-end road in Seagrove. Public beach access is a 5-minute walk. We live in the main house and renovated our carriage house for guests to enjoy our secluded yet convenient location. Your balcony enjoys views of the Pt. Washington State Forest. You have a private entrance, full kitchen, separate bedroom with a king bed, modern bathroom, and 2 cruiser bikes. This is the perfect couple's escape with luxurious accommodations.

Dune Villa is located on the west end of 30-A. Our stand alone guest house has a private entrance with guest parking, full kitchen, laundry, queen size bed, bathroom and outdoor shower. Beach chairs/umbrella, beach towels, cooler, and two bicycles are provided. Just around the corner from Stinky’s Fish Camp, Santa Rosa Golf Club, Topsail State Park, Coastal Dune Lakes and Gulf Place Town Center. Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located guest cottage studio. 10 min walk to the beach, just a few blocks away. 10-25 min drive to Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, & 30a. This standalone studio cottage is all yours; parking, entrance, etc. Long driveway & safe neighborhood well suited if you are hauling a boat, trailer, jet ski, etc. Very quiet area.

The house is located in a secluded area off Scenic Highway 30A, about 1/2 mile from the Beach access at Stallworth lake. We are at one of the most pristine beaches in the area, adjacent to the Topsail State Preserve, with many hiking and biking trails, wildlife viewing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle-boarding options. This location has easy access to all the shopping and amenities of highway 98, yet close enough to bike to the action at Watercolor, Seaside and Grayton Beach.

You’ll love our place because of the ambiance, the neighborhood, the people and the location. This guest house is located in a gated community just steps from the beach with a community pool across from the home. Beach is 700 steps from front door along a paved sidewalk to private beach access for the neighborhood. The Carriage House is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and solo adventurers.
