Our family including two children enjoyed a great week at the bungalow. The house is in a great location, a quick walk to the gorgeous (and non-crowded) beach, a manageable walk to Alys or longer one to Rosemary for restraints and shopping. We loved all the extras like the ping pong table, outdoor games, and bikes. The pool got great sun if desired most of the day and wa sa good size for us to cool off. Aimee was very helpful and proactive in offering recommendations and trying to be extra accommodating. Would stay again!

We LOVED!!! Cassie’s place! It was so cute, up to date, and clean. My boyfriend and I spent a few days here for a quiet get away and it was perfect! The private beach and nice community was exactly what we were looking for, and we are seriously still talking about how comfortable the bed was! 100% would stay here again!

First I’d like to say before this stay, I’ve never used airbnb. Brian and Anita made our stay the best it could’ve possibly been. They respond at basically all hours, step by step instructions and directions, provided us with all the information we needed about both the property and personal questions we had. The condo itself is gorgeous. Exactly like the photos , plus so much more you get to explore on the property ! We will 100% be returning again this year! Thank you so much again Brian and Anita ! 10/10

This home was absolutely beautiful and a perfect place to stay in for a couple weeks. My dogs loved the backyard and being able to swim in the bay. We also saw sharks and dolphins not too far off the dock. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back again.

Sandy is a gem! She was very communicative in advance, which made me more comfortable. The space was perfect for me as a solo female traveler. I felt very safe and supported in case of emergency. The back yard is spectacular, and the place is super close to Publix and the road to the beach. it was very clean and well stocked. water pressure was supurb, and I found the bed to be perfect. i slept better than I have in ages.I was happier than I even thought I would be there. Would most definitely return!!!

Great place with a beautiful view of the lagoon. Very spacious and nice kitchen. The deck was great to spend time with loved ones when a break from the beach was needed.

We had the best stay at 30A. The condo was so nice and clean. We had everything we could ever need. My children had the best time! The location was great. Jennifer was great at communicating and she was very responsive during our stay. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and we wish we booked a longer stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you Jennifer for hosting our little family.

Liz was THE quintessential host! There is nothing that you would want while staying in her remarkable space. The bed was fresh and clean. The shower had lots of pressure and plenty of hot water. (so nice when coming in from a day at the beach) The kitchen is great! (and she even has a concierge available to stock the fridge before you get there, if you want!) There is a Starbuck's in the little store on the ground floor, which was very handy for this girl. The views from the condo (as everyone has mentioned) are nothing short of spectacular! Beaches are beautiful; sand pristine. They are clean and the staff is uber friendly. Other reviewers mentioned having a complicated check in, which we feared. HOWEVER, all of the information is provided by Liz, in detail, in her correspondence with us. I was positively obtuse in my note taking. That's on me (and lack of sleep) not on Liz. We had a sublime vacation and will definitely be visiting Panama City Beach again.
