As advertised and perfect for a drop in gravel ride!

Such a cosy little place—felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Everything was fresh and clean, and the electric blankets were such a hit with the family (especially the kids!). Loved the location. It was close to everything we needed for little trips out, but also tucked away with a beautiful hilltop outlook that made it feel peaceful and private. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making this place comfortable—extra blankets, books, board games, even a kitchen that actually has everything you need. So nice not having to wonder if there's a decent pan or enough cutlery (and everything was spotless). The personalised welcome on the splashback was such a warming touch, it really made us feel like guests, not just visitors. Honestly wondering if Nichole has other Airbnbs, because I’d happily plan future holidays around them. This one was that good!

This place is a little Gem. Situated right in town and surprisingly quiet. You are 15 seconds walk to the Main Street where everything you need is there , grocery store , restaurants , shops . Plenty of parking behind the shops which is close and safe . The home is clean , immaculate and has just what you need for a short stay. . Beds are super comfy . Uralla can be cold but with the heating on it warms the whole house .

Lovely cottage, clean, stocked with home baked bread and biscuits , milk, farm eggs, bacon, tea coffee etc. Great view, lots of bird life. Very high standard of linen. And unusually, lots of fire wood , Thanks Gwen.

We had a great time. The house was beautifully renovated. Best hot shower I’ve had in ages!! Location was great. Close to the National Transport Museum and a Pioneer Village. Grandkids loved both of those. Victoria Park was also a hit. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Host thoughtfully had brochures from a range of local eateries, sightseeing tips, etc. all in a great welcome binder with clear instructions for exit as well. Would an absolutely recommend. Will definitely be back.

very peaceful location, the reverse cycle aircon and the electric blankets are great and makes the stay very comfortable. He also offers nice produces for breakfast; eggs, fruits, all kind of teas and coffees. And most importantly he is a very friendly host, was happy to show me his farm and introduce me to his lovely animals. they are so cute.

Our visit was really enjoyable, everything was as described. Emma was so lovely and hospitable - the fireplace was lit when we arrived so it gave a nice, cosy feeling and the breaky and goodie basket made us feel extremely welcome. We will definitely be back for another visit!

Deb was very responsive and accomodating to our needs. The property is absolutely stunning. Quiet, peaceful and plenty of outdoor spaces and walks to take it all in.
