Sleep literally 5 meters from the clear deepwater frontage great for fishing and swimming. Snorkel for a look at fish and old sandstone ballast from coal ships while eating oysters from rocks at low tide. Watch the sharp shells. (Water shoes, personal life vest, and flippers advised.) Walk the nature reserve and spot the swooping Owls. No fences so please bring extra-long dog leads. Use the kayaks and standup paddleboards while wondering if there is life on Mars! (Jetty is not our property.)

Through day you might like to try your luck at a spot of fishing from our jetty or enjoy a stroll down the main street looking through the boutique shops of Toronto 2 minutes away. Luxurious modern bathroom, state of the art kitchen, and everything you will ever want for a relaxing, rejuvenating private break. Please be aware your luggage needs to be carried from your car park at the top of the hill, down approximately a 100m grassed hill, then back up again. If you have an injury or you have limited mobility you will struggle with access

Warner’s Bay Private Studio

Fully self contained studio with private entrance. Suitable for couples, solo or business travellers. The studio is 15 minutes walk to the lake and pedestrian cycleway. Coles shopping centre, boutiques, banks, post office, newsagent, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, hotel and bowling club are nearby. By car it’s a 20 minute drive to Newcastle, Merewether and Nobbys beach. The closest major shopping centres are Mt Hutton, Charlestown and Kotara.

Our space is a small air conditioned bed sitting room a bit like a motel room with double bed, eating utensils, microwave, air fryer, plug in single pot cook top , a small kitchen sink and ensuite. There are French doors between the bedroom and the combined kitchenette/ bathroom. Tea and coffee provided (not breakfast) . Parking on very quiet street. No parking on site. The access verandah is shared by an adjoining occupancy.
