Our cottage is located near Ever'man Coop Grocery & cafe, Joe Pattis Seafood Market , Maritime Park (Wahoo Stadium) , Pensacola's popular Palafox Street and other downtown favorites. While attached to the main house, the guest suite is its own private space, with a separate entrance, temperature control, driveway parking for 2 and room for a small boat. Enjoy beautiful views of the bayou in our carefully cleaned bungalow. Scenic walking/biking path along the bayou right outside your front door! Distances: Downtown 5 mi, Pensacola Beach 14 mi, Perdido Beach 20 mi, Pensacola NAS front gate 1.5 mi, public boat launch 0.2 mi. Our Cottage is nestled in a quiet lovely neighborhood that shares a scenic Bayou view, with swimming,boat ramp and access to Pensacola bay closest access by boat to the Gulf Of Mexico. Our neighborhood has a scenic 2.5 mile sidewalk walkway winding around the Bayou for guests to enjoy. Once back to the cottage, you can enjoy our large outside patio, outdoor shower, or barbecue grill outback.
