Amazing hosts and lovely place to stay!

Highly recommend staying here. Lovely home and really wonderful host

Friendly, helpful hosts, plus 2 lovely dogs and a cat! Location was great, with amenities, including restaurants, shops and 2 big parks within walking distance. Although the loft room was not available due to being renovated, Siobhan let me know well in advance. I was given another room instead which was conveniently next to the bathroom.

I had a nice stay at Siobhan's place in Kings Heath. The area is peaceful, but very close to the main street in KH with restaurants, cafes etc. Siobhan was very friendly and flexible with check in and greeted me with her two beautiful dogs (and there's also a gorgeous cat). The house is clean and comfortable and I would stay again. Recommended!

Lovely cottage which felt like a home from home. Excellent location, did not use the car once it was parked, Stratford Centre and Anne Hathaway's house were all walkable. Mirren was really helpful in giving advice about parking our second car.

Location perfect for walking around Stratford. We parked the car in a nearby car park, paid up for 3 days (not expensive) and didn’t see the car again until we left! The house itself is located on a busy main road so be aware there is traffic noise, unless you keep the windows closed in which case you can’t hear a thing. We went as two couples so the accommodation is perfect for this.. two very comfortable bedrooms both with their own bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. All in all a very comfortable stay.

Perfect spot for a larger party. Only a short walk from the centre. Well equipped and laid out. Highly recommended. Everything about the stay was great from the booking, to the comms and checking in. Thanks.

Good and comfortable place, the owner is very nice and helpful. Can't expect more for an urgent business trip with a short notice.

I recently stayed at this property and it was a fantastic experience! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive (even during the Christmas time), ensuring that I had everything I needed. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Lovely property in a central location in Leamington Spa. Close to shops, restaurants and the station. The property has lots of space, three double bedrooms and lovely clean linen and hot showers. The communal areas downstairs were a little chilly, but the outside temperature had dropped so that could be why, and this is an old property. Heating upstairs was Ok. Sian was super responsive as a host and very helpful. Enjoyed our stay at this property, perfect for our needs for a weekend in Leamington Spa

Fantastic stay, really clean and tidy. Had everything we needed and she was a fantastic host answered all our questions and even shown us around the house. Will definitely be returning.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kristy’s place. The property was less than 10 minutes walk from the town centre, but was in a nice and quiet location, so we had the best of both worlds. Inside, the house was very comfortable and spacious with a great kitchen. Kristy was very helpful and responsive whenever we had questions leading up to our stay, and helpfully registered our car for the parking permit which was very kind of her. I would happily stay at Kristy’s place again if we returned to Stratford again in future, and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Really enjoyed staying at the house, lovely private location felt safe and secure in gated community close to everything. We enjoyed the courtyard and cooked a couple of evenings. We found everything we needed to hand and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this stay. Sharon was very helpful and responsive and made our stay enjoyable and was flexible about check in and out.

Appreciate providing a clear instruction and guidance for how to check-in, also the usage of the facilities. The house is bright and clean, nice and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Nice quiet location and the house is well maintained. Showers are both great provided you don’t run everything at same time.

We had a lovely 2 night stay. Chris’s house was perfect for our needs, a short walk into town and overall a fabulous place to stay if visiting Stratford . We would definitely stay again

Poppy cottage was absolutely fantastic. All the furnishings were beautiful and the whole house was extreme well equipped. It is a 5-10 minute walk to all Stratford attractions. Helen was great with her communications - will stay again - if available - on our next trip!
