Location is a short walk to the Payday lift and PC base, which was great because we came to ski. Everything in the condo was clean, well-maintained, and as pictured. Mel was super responsive and I would happily stay here again.

This place was perfect for a quick ski trip with friends. It was very convenient to get to both Park City and Deer Valley because the shuttle stops and Main St were just a short 5-10 minute walk away. The only downside is that the short walk is up and down a steep hill. It’s totally do-able and not a very long hill, it’s just quite steep. The open floor plan was very nice to relax in after a full day of skiing. I would definitely stay here again!

Darling little cottage in the heart of Sundance resort, super friendly and responsive hosts. Guests should be aware there is a unit attached to this one, so sometimes you do hear the next door neighbors, and not being a Sundance property means some Sundance amenities (like room service or the new sauna/pools) aren’t extended to River Song. But we had a wonderful time; it is extremely well-located and just what we were seeking for this trip. My husband loved the hot tub on the porch. Cottage was so comfortable, cozy and clean, would stay again.

Cristina was an outstanding host. She helped us with lots of travel tips and great advice on the local area before we arrived and remained in contact after we started our trip. Everything was perfect! Cristina was very helpful when we needed flexibility. The location is perfect for skiing, free bus just steps away from the condo. Also, the recreation center is super close and has tons of activities for active fitness-focused families. Thank you Cristina!!

We had a wonderful stay at Katy’s condo. It was perfect for our family, with a loft for extra space. We skied in and out all week, with easy access to Silver Lake Lodge. We also enjoyed the short drive to downtown Park City. The kitchen was well stocked, including snacks for the slopes. Katy was incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond when we left an item behind!

House is absolutely beautiful and clean, great views of the mountains and a short walk allows you to see the reservoir. Very easy drive in to Park City! The beds were probably the most comfortable I’ve experienced at an Airbnb. Cameron was super responsive and helpful, we’ll definitely be back.

Perfect place, cozy and close to the Park City rec center (and electric car chargers there). Nice bike ride to downtown or to the Round Valley open space trails. Plus Christine was great: friendly, responsive. Already planning next year's stay!

We really enjoyed staying here. Would highly recommend it if you are in Park City. Nino was very responsive, offered great suggestions, and really cared that our stay was great.

Spotless, tastefully furnished, closed to transportation and easy to get to the Canyon village. Host is great!

Scott was an amazing host and very responsive. He was flexible for both check in and check out which was much appreciated since we were flying in from far away. The place was amazing! All the bedrooms were cozy and the sauna was an added bonus. This location is a few minutes from the park and ride stop to Park City and only 10min car ride from Park City itself. Overall, the place can’t be beat for that price. I would highly recommend and would consider staying here again if I come to visit Park City again

Location is great for skiing. Easy access to skiing on the Canyons side of the resort; very walkable to shuttle if want to go into downtown area or want to take shuttle to park city base. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space in the condo. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day of skiing!!! Thanks for a great stay!

There were only two of us, so the house was a bit of overkill. But whether it's just you and a companion or a larger family, there is plenty of space. The house is new and neat -- well kept. You will be close to Park City and an easy drive or Uber to festival events. The price was right. The accommodations are great, and the location is perfect. Highly recommended.

Perfect two-bed condo right on the Rail Trail. Great for walking to downtown Park City. Super easy to check-in and out (finally, an Airbnb without a 5 page check out document!) and the management company was responsive and proactively reached out about check-in well ahead of our arrival. Nice amenities including washer/dryer (great for families!) and a swanky Jura coffee machine. Would definitely stay again!

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Incredible hosts who answered all our questions, close to DV for skiing, and gorgeous space. 10/10 experience.

This property was absolutely amazing and perfect for our group of 15 across the two rentals. We had the pleasure of meeting both the owner and property manager, and they were incredibly kind and helpful. The location was ideal—right between the main entrance slope and downtown, making everything easily accessible. The rooms and bathrooms were all great, and the kitchen was fantastic! It had everything we needed, with just the right amount of supplies—something I always appreciate when renting a home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends! We rented both units in this house.

We had a great time at Teresa’s home. It was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. We are planning on returning in the spring!

Place was great one suggestion leave coffee for the weary traveler who doesn’t want to run to the grocery on arrival day! We loved it though my husband and son fished in the River was great!

Sherrie’s condo was the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! It was better stocked than some people’s primary residences. Had excellent sound proofing/is a well built home. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, as well as infant/toddler friendly items. The hot tub was hot and ready to go and the 2 car garage was spacious and free of clutter to fit both of our mid size SUVS! Sherrie as a host was extremely responsive and the most flexible host I’ve ever had the pleasure of renting from when it came to checking in and out. Out of her control- but the condo is in a dead zone for internet/cell service if you have ATT. WiFi worked great though and 2 minutes away from the condo the cell service kicked back in. I’m only writing it in the review because if I had read it in a review prior to renting I would have screen shotted Google maps before getting there! Thank you again Sherrie! Hope to rent from you again!!! 10 stars!!!
