Our property is located in a quiet courtyard in the southeast of Chiang Mai Old City, featuring four independent teakwood houses about 90 years old. As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. Please note there is no baby cot, According to Thai law, all guests must present a valid passport upon check-in for registration. If you cannot comply, please do not book.

Though this house is located in heart of Chiangmai old city, but very calm and quiet. Very easy to go anywhere in old city. Just 5 minutes walk to Sunday night market. 4 minutes to Chedi Luang temple and Puntao temple. The house has 3 floors with 3 bedrooms, 2 dressing rooms, kitchen with full of amenities, unique dining table for 8, living area with smart TV & cable and air conditioner. We provided washing machine and dryer machine here, very convenient for staying short or long time.
