Separate from the main house with your own private entrance, balcony, plenty of parking, it is double glazed, central heated and self-contained. Set in 9 acres, it offers tranquillity and calm. 5 minutes by car is the beautiful, historic, heritage town of Lismore with its magnificent castle gardens. Walking, water sports, distilleries, and the stunning coast are all within easy access.

Running alongside this home is the Waterford Greenway which everyone can enjoy the views Waterford has to offer. This home is also fully amenable to wheelchair users or individual's with additions needs, or a family. There is 2 bedrooms one double 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, 1 wet room, gardens, and outdoor seating. There is private parking on site.

The Greenway Stay guest outhouse guarantees a comfortable and spacious yet cozy stay in a prime location - right on the Dungarvan stretch of the Waterford Greenway. We are less than 1km from Dungarvan Town centre, just 500metres to the closest beach and if hiking is on the agenda, it is only a 10minute drive to hiking trails of the Comeragh mountains. Our guesthouse is a wonderful base to explore all that the local area and surrounding County has to offer. We look forward hosting you!

We are 35 minutes from Kilkenny's Medieval City, 1 hour from Rosslare Harbour, 1.5 hours from from Cork, 1.5 hours from Dublin. Waterford Greenway (46km cycle/ walk, can be done in whole or part) is a 10 min drive The beautiful Copper Coast with its beaches and coves are 30-35 mins drive. Our local country Pub is a 10 min walk and nearest village is a 10 min drive for any essentials.

We are delighted to welcome guests to Woodbine Hill, a Georgian property with a 200 acre working cattle farm. The old courtyard and walled garden has been renovated into our family home and the farm buildings converted into an office and an apartment. The apartment is bright and airy and comprises a high ceilinged fully equipped kitchen and living room with cosy sofas. The bedroom has a double bed downstairs with two single beds on a mezzanine level and also an en-suite bathroom.

The Outhouse is located in our garden and guests have use of a private outdoor sitting area and parking . Stradbally village and both village beaches are 5 and 10 minutes walk away. The coastline between Stradbally and Tramore is stunning and unspoilt and the Comeragh Mountains are only a short drive. Access to the Greenway and bike hire is a 10 minute drive. The medieval seaside town of Dungarvan is a 20 minute drive, and the medieval city of Waterford is 35 minutes.
