We are 83 and we just packed and moved our household from our beloved house in Rushville. We were exhausted and then we had one of our contractors not show up. We were devastated and sad but we had to move on to our home in Florida. Jamie was professional and so helpful. Jamie’s house is just beautiful. Everything you could need or want has been provided. We loved this small town and the lovely park that is just a few steps away. It is a beautiful place to walk your dog or to just enjoy with your kids or just relax yourself. If you stay here you won’t regret it. It was one of our favorite places to stay and we have stayed many many places in the last few years!! You can swing on the wonderful front porch and watch the cars go by on state road 40. It was the Old National Road that crossed across the USA marking a path for the wagon trains with a “corduroy road” made of logs. I can just imagine pioneers bouncing up and down as they traveled from east to west on that rough surface.

Beautiful country home close to Millet! Had a volleyball Mom’s weekend, and having 5 bedrooms was wonderful so the senior mom’s could spend the weekend together. The beds were very comfortable, and all slept well. Super charming home :)

I have to say the beds were extremely comfortable and it’s such a nice little retreat near the college campus! I would go back again.

Better than a hotel in the area, plenty of space, 2.5 baths, yard for dogs, thankful for this space while visiting in Oxford.

We stayed in Jennifer’s house while visiting our son at Miami. It was the perfect home away from home. The inside was incredibly clean and cozy. There were also lots of extra touches that we appreciated - coffee, razors, cotton balls & Qtips, etc. The house backs up to a wooded hill, with a small fenced in area in the back. We’ll bring our dogs next time! The road it is located on is narrow and does not have sidewalks, so it’s not really walkable. However, it’s only a 2-3 minute drive to campus and uptown, so we didn’t mind at all. We would definitely book this house again when in Oxford!

The house was perfect for what we needed. 2 beds, coffee pot and wine bottle opener :). It was a quick and BUSY weekend. The house is adorable and cozy. Reminded me of grandmas home <3

Mara is a great communicator, providing detailed instructions about the house as well as suggestions for local restaurants, activities and places to walk our pup. The house was great home base for our visit to see family in Richmond. We had everything we needed and the house was comfortable and very cute. We thought it was a great value and would be happy to stay again.

It was great! We braved a cold winter night with only the propane heater (which we didn't keep on while we were sleeping, for safety) and a ton of blankets, and it worked out. Not sure we'd recommend that to everyone - we knew what we were getting into – but this is a lovely place, and Alexander was super communicative about what to expect. Thank you!

Roman’s place was close to many dining locations and very well furnished. The beds were super comfy and perfect sheets. We also really enjoyed the pool table and the chance to be able to visit and hang out in that room with ample seating. The outside fenced in area was a plus! The keurig coffee pot was also so nice to have. Thank you!

The lake house was a great place to stay, at first very simple looking, but inside was a surprise with a large living room and plenty of space. The hosts were very good with communication and responsive with answers to questions. Amenities inside were excellent and provided a great experience.

Staying in the camper was an amazing experience! We were in town for a wedding and it comfortably fit two couples. The space was well thought out, and we spent hours playing cards at the extendable table. Everything was cozy, functional, and made for a memorable stay. Highly recommend!

We rented this apartment do to being in Muncie for my sister‘s graduation and it was perfect. It was 6 minutes from campus but just far enough that it didn’t have a ton of traffic going past it. It was a very clean and cute and accommodating. Cedric was extremely helpful with all of my questions and reach out immediately when responding overall, I enjoyed the apartment very much and when we are at Muncie again, I will be looking forward to staying there again.

Jennifer's home is the epitome of quaint farmhouse. Her beautiful home, the perfectly placed pictures, comfy beds, sitting on the deck looking at the stars, my kids loved the playhouse and running in the open spaces. She thought of everything we would need and then went the extra mile!

We stayed here for two nights felt so at home we didn’t wanna leave. Nice private place no one messing with us and they had 3 cats that loved attention and were so friendly we loved it here wish I could give more than a 5 star review

very private and quiet makes for a peaceful get away!

I celebrated my birthday here, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Nestled in the countryside, the setting was absolutely beautiful. The Airbnb featured a large, well-equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, and cozy bedrooms. One of my favorite parts was the charming back patio and the private hot tub—it was the perfect touch. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. I’m already looking forward to coming back someday!

Wonderful little getaway! We went for the Airbnb itself, and really enjoyed the arcade, hot tub, smart TV, snack bar, popcorn machine (which has directions printed on it in case you don't know how to operate one), and spent a lot of time making fun recipes in the kitchen. There was also a well-stocked Keurig coffee bar, filled ice trays in the freezer, and plenty of cooking and baking tools. The decorations and furniture are very fun and colorful. The outdoor hot tub was fantastic! (Even though the outside temperature dropped below freezing during our stay.) The beds were very comfortable, and there were extra blankets and pillows to go around. And lots of little lamps and night lights around if you want them. There was also a lovely little vanity in the master bedroom that was a pleasant surprise. Sean was extremely responsive, and responded immediately any time we had a question about something. 11/10 would recommend, and maybe even go again!

Another great stay! This place truly feels like home while we stay here. The hot tub is a fun perk. The only problem I had was getting the key out of the lockbox. Make sure to squeeze the sides after putting in the code and pull even if it doesn't feel unlocked. Great location for visiting my daughter at Ball State.

We were in town for a graduation and this house served as our hub. It was simply perfect!!! So much space!!!! It was exactly as pictured. The open, huge kitchen was really great - drawers are all labeled and it is stocked so well!!!! It even has a cute little playroom off the living room if you are bringing little ones! Staci was super responsive to any questions we had. The neighborhood was very quiet and the backyard was large and quiet! I wish it did not rain so we could have enjoyed more. We rented this house and the cute garage cottage behind and it worked out perfect for us. We were 5 minutes away from the arena for graduation at Ball State! This stay and experience was a big part of our graduation memory and we are really grateful for it, thanks for the great service and stay!!! We hope to stay again someday!
