Great stay. Only thing i could think of would be nice to have ice in the freezer or a way of getting ice. The tap water doesnt get cold enough for a hot day of drinking cold water!

Terry is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to help his guests feel right at home. He is a wealth of knowledge, not just about the area, but also about life and ancient history, and is a great conversationalist. His home is conveniently located in short distance to dining, shopping, and only 7 minutes away from Davis conference center, an ideal spot for a solo traveler or a couple on a budget.

The area is super beautiful and the space was quite nice. We had booked two out of the three rooms and the other room had a nice person who had booked before us. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We had a flat tire and one of the neighbors helped us out when our jack broke. Bedroom B did have a slight musty smell to it like previous water damage had happened but was hardly noticeable when the supplied box fan was running.

The rare ACTUAL bed and breakfast where it does all the normal things, but also you feel like a person's guest, and there's homemade breakfast! Adorable dogs to pet too!

I had an amazing stay at Ron’s home! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. Ron was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home, The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience!

Ron’s place really is amazing! It’s like a health and wellness retreat center. We loved the cold plunge/hot tub combo, sauna, Alexa speakers everywhere, the massage tools, and enjoyed the VR headset and E-bikes! We appreciated Ron’s kindness and thoughtfulness in hosting us - we will be back if in the area again!

I seriously can't recommend staying here enough. This was a WONDERFUL experience. Ron is VERY communicative and super accommodating. My fiance and I are in the middle of a road trip, and by the time we'd spent an hour here, I was begging to cut our trip back another day just so we could stay!! I really recommend getting here earlier in the day so you can fully experience all Ron has to offer here. He's also such a kind person with a lot of stories. He communicates with his guests just as much as they feel comfortable, so he's introvert AND extravert friendly. MY only issue is that he isn't charging MORE for this. Seriously, this is an AMAZING deal. 100000/10!!!! I wish I could give it MORE stars!

One of a kind listing with a one of a kind host. Ron was amazing and immediately made me feel very welcome and explained all the amenities to get the most from my short 1 day stay (later extended). I have never had an Airbnb with the amount of quality amenities such as Ron’s place. From riding an ebike to a nearby waterfall, to doing a life changing cold plunge, getting into the hot tub, then finishing it off with the sauna was my first night there. 5 stars all across the board and highly recommended!

Had an amazing stay at Jan’s. So comfortable and it felt just like home, I really appreciated the space. If I return to Ogden, I’ll happily stay with Jan again.
