You will love staying at this updated and centrally located basement apartment. 10 min from HAFB, 35 min from Salt Lake City, and 30-60 min from main Ski resorts. Daylight guest house with extra high ceilings, you will have the entire basement to yourself with separate entrance. Surrounded by trees and walking distance to Kayscreek trail. Your own gated private patio (temp landscaping material storage on part), lots of free parking space. I live upstairs in the main house with my partner and our dogs. Our 4 bed (+ Full pullout), 3.5 bath home offers space for gathering IN, and the location for adventuring OUT whether its a snowy wintry day or a sunshine soaked Summer day.

Located just 8-10 minutes from the world-class ski resort Snowbasin and 15-18 minutes from Nordic Valley & Powder Mountain - perfect for ski or wedding getaways. Relax in our large hot tub & infrared sauna after a long day, or chat with friends by the fire on our private balconies. In the summer, we provide 4 paddleboards and a lily pad to enjoy on the lake as well as pickleball equipment.

The Rec Room

Basement apartment. We live upstairs. 1.6 miles/6 minute drive to closest shopping/restaurants, 7 miles/18 minutes to downtown Ogden. Sleeps 6 best. Air mattresses for 2 more. Beautiful views, close to the North Ogden divide for ski resorts and Pineview Reservoir. Enjoy the air hockey, foosball, skee-ball, arcade, pinball, pool and ping pong table, along with the basketball game. Enjoy your favorite show, or OG Nintendo on the big screen. Unwind after a day on the slopes in the hot tub.

Private 3 Bedroom Solar Powered Home w/ EV Charger

The whole main floor of the house. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a back patio. Near Weber State University, Hill AFB, Lagoon, and Snowbasin. Full kitchen with table and chairs. 4K TV's w/ Streaming services, PlayStation & Xbox. Washer & Dryer w/ detergent. Air mattress and play crib available. Free EV charging. The host lives in the basement apartment with a separate entrance that is separated by a bolt-locked door. There are no shared spaces aside from the driveway.
