Charming character cottage with privacy and views

Literally a few minutes to the airport this private and cute little cottage is a tiny home nestled in native bush with greatviews over Miramar, the sea and airport. Great for plane spotting. There is a small deck where you can relax and unwind. Wake up in the morning to bird song and tuis overhead. There is a private garden to enjoy and walking and cycle ways close by. Note there is a fairly steep driveway to the carpark area. Easy to drive up, not suitable to walk with a lot of luggage.

There are 2 spaces (bedroom ± separate kitchen/bathroom) a few steps apart & linked by a covered walkway. A perfect spot to stay for bush-walkers and mountain bikers or for sport or music fans in Wellington for a game or a concert. You’ll see tui and kereru and hear ruru at night. Otari Wilton Bush is over the road, Zealandia 2km away, and it’s a 10-min drive to Makara Peak. You've got a dedicated off road car park and you're 30 metres from a bus that runs at least every 30 minutes every day. You can cook, do laundry, and iron if you want to.
