The unit comes with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and a sofa bed in the living room. Bedroom # 1 has a queen bed and bedroom # 2 has two twin beds. This unit comes with a complete kitchenette with a stovetop oven, microwave, toaster, keurig coffee maker and all pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and utensils included. Wifi and Cable are in each unit. Air conditioned in summer months.

The kitchen is stocked with everything from a microwave to a blender...you'll have what you need...and parking for 4 cars.

Close to Wells beach and Route 1 shopping, restaurants, and etc. Private with its own full bathroom and full kitchen that's located in the room. High-Speed WiFi, and AC/heat. Comfy Queen size bed with Full sized fridge, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, blow dryer, and a water filter. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October-May :)

The building at 32 post road dates back to 1850. The Guest House Apartment is a lot newer! We wanted to share this wonderful building and location with guests from around the world, so we converted some of the barn to an adorable guest house. It is a perfect combination of modern conveniences while maintaining some historical charm.
