Bus stop for downtown route is 5 min walk. I recommend guests rent a car or use ride share services like Uber, Lyft or Ride Austin to get around town fastest. The trailer is situated on a residential street but sits on a one acre lot with a Wild flower area and butterfly sanctuary. The yard has peach trees and fig bushes.

The Howard Train Station is a 6 minutes drive (and 25 minute walk) from my house and can easily get you downtown (final stop is by Austin Convention Center) and back.

There is easy access to major highways including I-35 and Mopac (Loop 1), with the MetroRail nearby.

Newly renovated home in quiet cul-de-sac 19 minutes from downtown. Each bedroom has a bathroom and walk in closet. Master bedroom has a California King and second bedroom has a Queen. Both bedrooms are on the second floor. We have a roll in bed in the garage as well as a large couch that can be used for the 5th and 6th guest. Only guests are permitted. No extra visitors, parties or events. Violations may result in cancellation without refund. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.
