Recently refurbished - the top floor has a comfortable super-king double bed, beneath a Victorian vaulted wooden ceiling and a cosy sitting area with QLED TV and super fast fibre broadband. Lake Farm Shepherds Hut, Self Catering & hot tub

Our beautiful Black Mountain shepherds hut and undercover hot tub is perched above our wildlife pond, with views over the Welsh hills. It includes double bed, en suite shower room, and for romantic evenings why not light the little hobbit stove. Adjacent to the hut is a charming boathouse, which houses the self catering facilities. Our boathouse opens up to appreciate the views & great outdoors or can be closed up for cosy times by the log burner. Check in is from 4pm Check out is 10.30am

Gate Lodge 2 /3 Bedroom Barn

The Gate lodge is semi detached . Suitable for 4 guests to be comfortable in the seating area . Although will sleep 6 in 3 bedrooms by special arrangement , ideal if just attending events for overnight stay . Easy access to Welshpool on foot or by car. small open plan kitchen living area. 3 en-suite rooms. Enclosed walled area , bbq, table chairs bench . With views of neighbouring fields and hills these can really be admired from the property's own private hot tub. Soak away your stay from here with a glass of bubbly or two! Cook up a storm in the kitchen and relax by the fire.

Red House Cottage (self catering cottage)

Modern, very comfortable and very clean. Sleeps 4, double ensuite room and double/twin room also ensuite. Outside area, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. In a quiet village setting with two pubs serving food within a two minutes walk of the cottage. Free wifi, smart TV’s in bedrooms. Until recently Red House Cottage was run as a B&B but the owners decided to fit a kitchen to create a self contained cottage for self catering holidays. The cottage is on the side of our home.
