It is 200m past the main house on the property, and completely private. Curl up with a book, feed a donkey, pour a wine, cuddle a corgi, or sit on the deck take in the country. There are local bush walks to explore or curl up on the lounge and read a book. A glass of wine on the verandah on sunset is always a lovely way to unwind.

It is an easy 10 mins walk to Springwood township with its many cafes and restaurants and if you are driving, just a few minutes from the highway.

Our property is only 10 minutes from the heart of Penrith CBD and 5 minutes from Jordan Springs shopping centre. It's a quiet location offset from the street. There are two lounge rooms with TVs in both. One is a smart TV, so you can watch Netflix, YouTube, etc.
