White Barn is a private two-bedroom house designed to take in the sunny northerly aspect and encompasses many contemporary design features, making our guests feel like they won’t want to leave. White Barn is centrally located 600m from the North Hobart cafe/restaurant strip; 1.5km from the city, 2km from the waterfront and 15 min drive to MONA.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Privately positioned at the back of our leafy garden with separate access and gated off street parking away from the main house, Studio 68 is located just a two minute walk from the North Hobart strip and a 20 minute walk to Salamanca and Hobart's waterfront. Close to cafes, restaurants and bars, this garden studio is only a 5 minute drive to the Mona ferry terminal or a 20 minute drive to Mona. A short Taxi or Uber ride to the waterfront or North Hobart costs around $8-10.
