We have just returned from a super weekend at Sally’s place. It looks beautiful in the photos but even exceeded the expectations in real life. The surroundings of the house are so tranquil and the setting very relaxing with the interior feeling luxurious and the beds being super comfy. The hot tub was the icing on the cake! Good walks straight from the accommodation and a pub not a long walk away too. This was perfect for our extended family celebrations and I would book it again in a heartbeat!

We had a great weekend stay at Ryan’s place. The welcome bottle of Prosecco is a great added touch as well as recommendations for the area. The house was as described and is lovely and clean. The hot tub is a great bonus which was heated for when we arrived. The area is lovely and a short walk into town which has great restaurants and bars. We will definitely be returning!

Debbie is a wonderful, kind and communicative host. We were welcomed with a smile and she talked to us about all the wonderful surroundings such as the pub and nature reserve just down the road. The lodge itself was clean and well presented and the hot tub was absolutely enormous! I’d absolutely recommend the Lincoln Retreat for a getaway and we will certainly be back again soon! I booked Jamie’s property for my parents to stay at for a few nights as an alternative to the large budget chain hotel down the road. It was exactly as described, very clean & well stocked, not to mention cheaper than the aforementioned hotel! They particularly appreciated having the small back garden to sit out in, especially as it was south facing. This was their first Airbnb experience & they were very impressed. I just hope this property is available the next time they visit!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at the cottage. The place looks even better than the pictures and is in a great location. Everything was clean and tidy, including the hot tub. Sam was a very helpful and responsive host. We took advantage of the in house massage treatments that were offered which were fantastic. Both Sam and Elian were very professional and did a great job. It would however have been useful to have a few extra towels and simple amenities such as sugar/kitchen towels/milk. However there were other things available such as tea bags and coffee. Also, in case of larger groups staying it's good to be aware that though there are 3 bathrooms there is only 1 shower. Overall we had a lovely weekend and would definitely book again!

Elaine could not do enough to make my Mum and Dads stay more comfortable. Communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. The place is cosy yet has a unique twist. My Dad is a big fan of the reclining seats! The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet get away with a top notch garden. Thanks Elaine!

Really good value for money, we visit Nottingham a lot, so will definitely come back here!! Nice quiet location in The Park, but so walkable and close to everything. Really nice yoga studio next door that I was able to use for a quick workout- thank you! The most comfortable bed too!

Lovely stay at Steve’s place for local event, Steve was very accommodating with his parking, very friendly and very comfy accommodation The bed is indeed very comfy same as other peoples reviews Great job Steve!

It’s just what it says in the description. Photos are accurate. It’s warm and clean and the bed is ok. Make sure you take food with you. There is a small shop but it doesn’t stock much. Good for the price.

Great relaxing and quiet stay in the cabin. It was warm and had everything you need, the hosts left fruit, cereal and milk which is a nice touch. Easy to arrange check in with messages through the day. Nice warm shower too. The hosts came and said hi and welcomed us then left us to relax. Perfect and highly recommended.

Beautiful lodge, we had a lovely relaxing stay with plenty of activities on site only a few minutes walk from the lodge. Would highly recommend, Andrea was extremely helpful and informative.

Brilliant amenities in the cabin, felt very spacious! Loved the rewilding, enjoyed the woodland walk and watching the trains (not noisy, don’t worry!). We can recommend Belton House, walk between Woolthorpe and Belvoir Castle and Mannakin Hall! Hope to stay here again : )

Loved staying at this cabin, extremely peaceful and the perfect space for two people and our dog. Great outdoor amenities, all of which fully provided for. Will 100% book this again

I stayed here with my partner for their birthday, Ian and Cathy were amazing and decorated our hut for us. They were so friendly and always on hand if we had any questions. The home was clean and well equipped. The views were amazing and so peaceful. We will definitely be returning!!

Absolutely 5 star stay in Lancaster lodge at Rosewood Waters Retreat. The photos don't do it justice, it was totally spotless, everything was great quality and such lovely peaceful surroundings. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. There are three other lodges (static caravan type) on the site but your main window looks out to a beautiful small lake (lots of wildlife) and when in the hot tub your view is of the lake and there is a fence up so it feels very private and tranquil. The surrounding area is beautiful, lots of places to visit and explore. We had a day in Skegness, a day in Lincoln and then visited Newark air museum. Owners are very friendly and helpful, left a few Easter treats for my son which were definitely appreciated 😊 We can't wait to come back and stay again.
