Perfect for couples , a travel cot is available for a small child. 8 miles east of the beautiful historic city of Norwich with easy access to the famous Norfolk-broads as well as the lovely beaches of the East and North Norfolk coasts. A wonderful area for sailing , canoeing ,walking and bird watching. Two coarse/carp fishing lakes within walking distance.

The accommodation is attached to our house but self-contained, comprising sitting room with fold down table & chairs for dining, kitchenette, shower room & bedroom. Private entrance via french doors overlooking the garden & parking on drive. Basic essentials provided. Milk, cereal & pastries for each day & a home made treat on arrival. When you arrive the property will have been empty for 24 hours & will have been fully cleaned & disinfected following the previous guests departure,

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!
