Seaview Stay is cliff top escape with uninterrupted panoramic sea views. Enjoy the wonderful sunset and sunrise in this comfortable stylish 1 bedroom annex with your own terrace and private access. We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

Get cozy and settle into this rustic hideaway, located on the edge of the scenic downs link with miles of stunning walks, bike rides and positioned on the outskirts of the beautiful and historic village of Slinfold, only 20 min from Gatwick Airport. Plenty of amenities close by with lovely village pub, village shop and church all within a few minutes walk. NOTE Cosy Christmas cabin available from the 1st December, decorated for the festive period. We can take booking beyond 3 months on request.

Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Jellybean- cutest mini houseboat retreat ever!

'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high (PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE ). She has all you need to switch off and relax!. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and Shoreham by Sea, Worthing and Brighton are all easily accessible. Jellybean is a safe space for solo guests or couples to escape. Rural self contained cabin retreat

Poplar Farm Cabin is located within the South Downs National Park, in the grounds of the owner's property at Poplar Farm. The cabin provides a eco-friendly, cosy, self contained retreat in the hamlet of Toat, West Sussex. It is a 10 minute walk to the River Arun, the Wey and Arun Canal. Stunning views over the farm, and it's horses, cows, sheep and free range chickens. The cabin has: free fast wifi access suitable for remote working, private parking, footpath/bridleway from our entrance.

Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided
