This unique 3 BEDROOM house has rainbows everywhere you look. 💕 2 queen beds & 1 double. This place is good for the moode, for a relaxing trip, movies at night on the TV, jacuzzi under the stars. Only 5 mins drive to popular beaches like Smiths Beach , Cowes (the main town) , reataurants , cafes & bars , Amaze’ n things, tenpin bowling, nature walks , 10 mins from Penguin Parade. The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

The Barn Hideaway - Mornington Peninsula

The charm of a barn with all the comforts of a home & only a stones throw from the vast Mornington Peninsula attractions. "The Barn" is unique & charming, cozy & private. Soaring ceilings, picturesque windows, cozy wood fire, private courtyard with BBQ, firepit & private parking. The large bedroom has a super comfy king-size bed, ensuite with large shower, fully equipped kitchen with Smeg appliances & laundry facilities & split heating/air-conditioning. Hamptons Beach House Rhyll

Come and stay at this newly built beach house on Phillip Island in the beautiful beachside town of Rhyll. It has 3 bedrooms that sleep 8 guests and well behaved pets are also welcome. Both heating and cooling is available, including a new wood heater for chilly winter nights. The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. The driveway accommodates up to 4 cars

Corvers Rest is a minimalist beach shack located on the clifftops overlooking Bass Strait. A place to rest and detach amongst wild natural surrounds. The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.
