This is probably the best airbnb located in the heart of Saint Laurent Blvd Montreal Canada. Very spacious place, clean, Big TV, lots of board games, fast internet, and very nice views from the windows. René and Paul were very fast on responding. This place is a gem if you are looking for a nice large airbnb that is close to bars, restaurants and a fun night life. We will definitely come back and visit Montreal. Thank you!!! 5 stars all around!

Logement très bien placé, métro à proximité et autres commodités. Les hôtes sont très agréables et arrangeants, l’appartement est fonctionnel est confortable, accueillant avec une jolie déco ! Rien à redire, j’ai passé un séjour très agréable !

Elena is a great host and this was a fantastic place to stay! Everything is very clean and comfortable and with the amenities it feels like someone could really live there full time. The neighbourhood is peaceful and not too far from the city centre via the Beaubien or Saint-Zotique bus. We would recommend Elena's apartment to anyone and will definitely stay there again!

Mendy was a great host- always responded to questions quickly and all the information for check-in was clear! The apartment was nice, we had 6 people in our party & we didn't feel crowded at all. The building is clean and only a 7 minute walk from the nearest metro station, so getting downtown was easily accessible. :)

This apartment was comfortable for our family (two adults, a teen, and a small poodle). Very quiet at night, close to the park, restaurants, and shops. There were a couple of issues that were fixed quickly and the host was very responsive. The keyless entry was convenient as was the parking space in the back (although the parking space was a little difficult to find at first). Overall, I would recommend this location.

Sa fais plusieur fois que je vais chez Anthony et je suis jamais deçu un super hote et l'appartement très propre et très bien située et super facile comuniqué avec Anthony !!!!! je recommande cet place ....

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, la maison est très agréable et très confortable. Le parc pour les enfants est juste à côté. Tout est facile d’accès. Nous recommandons vraiment cette maison et ces hôtes.

Bon séjour chez Julian, logement spacieux et propre, situé dans un quartier paisible. Julian est très réactif, l'arrivée et le départ se sont très bien passés.

Muy buena opción de alojamiento en Laval. Fuimos 10 personas en total y todos estuvimos muy cómodos en nuestra estancia de una semana. Todo estaba en buenas condiciones. Estaba a una distancia cercana de bus/metro. Puede haber un poco de ruido si hay huéspedes en el alojamiento de arriba.

The space is exactly as described. The community/houses around are so beautiful as well. The space was clean and well maintained.

Nabil was so kind and very good at communicating! Their home was so warm and it was very special to be able to stay there for a few days! We would watch the sunset and eat lots of yummy meals together ! So cozy and comfortable ! Highly recommend staying here and if we’re ever back we’ll definitely be rebooking

Félicitations pour le hôte, il est vraiment gentil et prêt à servir. Toujours souriant. C'est un bon logement. Il faut juste contrôler le nettoyage. Sous-sol avec salle de bain et cuisine. très indépendant. Chambre principale avec salle de bain spacieuse. Une autre salle de bain pour les 3 chambres. Zone calme. Bravo et merci pour le séjour. Je recommande ce logement.

Logement bien adapté à nos besoins. Il ne manquait de rien. Le secteur est calme et il y a des commerces de proximité à moins de 10min. Au niveau de la cuisine l'équipement est minimal mais on a pu se débrouiller. Attention durant l'hiver, il est interdit de se stationner dans la rue la nuit ($$).

Chris' place was awesome and exactly what we we wanted. Absolutely as described! The location is perfect for who we are/what we were looking to do: coffee, vintage shops, art galleries, good food, walkable attractions, and close to bike docks. The Nespresso was a really nice touch. Comfortable beds and couch. AMAZING lighting in the living room. Just perfect for a morning coffee with a book. Stairs are a lil steep! Three sets. So just be prepared to climb - if you're active and able you'll be fine. Check in was a breeze, and Chris provided us with recommendations and an easy to follow guide (so kind!). He also checked in to see if we were good and if we needed anything. Responsive and so, so friendly. Place is dope - book it for your trip!

Tres bel endroit tout les comodites a proximite restaurant epicerie depanneur super marche c'est tout pres des autoroutes facile d'acces je vais relouer assurement et je le recommande fortement .Qualite prix c'est extra

Gabrielle was a fabulous host! She was always responsive, friendly, very helpful and kind. Condo was immaculate and centrally located within a safe private building. She was detailed with the check in/out process and gave great recommendations in the area. I appreciated her flexibility and willingness to help as needed. I would definitely stay again, anytime and suggest her space to others!

Very clean place! We was there for a job in Laval with an employee. Very appreciated the private parking and the full coffee pot available, makes such a difference for us. We will stay at the same place next time we have to stay in Laval.

The place was amazing. It was actually better than the photographs showed. Didn't realize there was actually an entire apartment on the third floor. I went to Montreal for a family wedding and everyone who came from around the country and stayed at different airbnb's was jealous of ours. The park across the street was the perfect setting. Despite some of the great restaurants in the area, barbecuing a couple of T-Bone steaks on the grill was still one of the highlights of the weekend. Jason & Eric couldn't have been more helpful, with tons of tourist info and suggestions for things to do & places to go. I highly recommend this AirBnB to anyone looking to enjoy their time in Montreal.

This was an absolutely fantastic Airbnb in a wonderful Montreal neighborhood, you have a grocery store in walking distance & massive TV with good colors. In the main area & matter bedroom the new hardwood flooring is fantastic & super firm, you won't have any creeking. Each bedroom has its own window AC unit for your own personal climate & speaking of temperature, the bathroom has heated floors which is always amazing. I cranked it to max during my stay to always have that warm sensation walking in there. Overall this was a great Airbnb & I would happily return.

The host was accommodating and available even though we were delayed in our check-in they met us and walked us through the space. Will definitely book again when I'm in the area

This place was perfect for our family of four. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, with a lot of young families. We visited Montréal to sightsee, and this was perfect for our needs, which was a central base where we could rest. The heating worked well; the Internet was fast; the shower had good pressure. The owner was very patient and flexible with us when we arrived before the check-in time. If I had to name a con, it might be the walk to the subway. If you currently live in a city, then you got this. You do this every day. If, however, you plan to use the Metro and you’re not accustomed to walking a lot and/or your kids are on the young side, it will be important to plan carefully. The location is great: a few stops from Downtown, and one stop from a vibrant, busy street, full of restaurants, bakeries, etc.
