Private access is via a side gate and separate private entrance. Lovely village pubs and a shop are a short stroll away and lots of other great places to eat are nearby

Cottage in Olney, wonderful market town

We are in the beautiful, bustling market town called Olney which is very lively throughout the day and then very quiet after midnight. Our lovely Grade 2 listed house is 400 years old, with many character features . It is stone built, making it cosy in the Winter and ice cool in the Summer. It has 6 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 staircases and a peaceful, huge and gorgeous garden at the rear. The house is ideal for families/children/friends/hens/ groups of guys working away.

Adorable 1 bed canal-side self-contained annexe

Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

Located in the pretty market town of Olney, home of the song “Amazing Grace”. Phone box 16 is a unique and stylish studio. The bedroom is usually a superking size bed but it could be made up as 2 single beds. Please let us know if you would like 2 single beds. Locally there is choice of restaurants, pubs and shops along with open countryside and walks and a country park with sailing, boardwalks, cafe and hides overlooking the lakes.

Peaceful and quiet but within easy walking distance of a 17th Century pub serving real ales and pub food. The market town of Olney with its restaurants, bars, antique shops and supermarkets is 2 miles away. The annexe is in the garden of a Grade II Listed thatched cottage.
