HUGE deck out front for watching the sunset & grilling the night away! You'll find the pint-sized kitchen equipped with the essentials. Everything is pint-sized including the 4-burner stove and 1/2 fridge.

Located in one of the newest buildings with great amenities such as EV charger, outdoor heated salt water pool & hot tub, gym, putting green, basketball court, bbq area, etc. See “other details”.

This stylish one-bedroom 3rd floor condo (with elevator) is located at the west end of building 12 at the lovely Westport by the Sea complex on the beach in Westport. It has a partial ocean view and also looks over the State Park. It is a very short walk to the beach and ocean front path and also close to the pool area and clubhouse. The saltwater pool is heated but seasonal (open mid-May to September) while the hot tub is open all year. We allow early check-in if the unit is ready!
