Only 7 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes walk to the high street and train station. It is also very close to the Poppy Line steam train station. We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. For a holiday to North Norfolk this is the perfect location!

This modern cottage, built with traditional Norfolk flint, is a moment’s walk from the coastal path, village harbour, shops and eateries. It offers total peace and quiet. I am afraid we are unable to accommodate children under 16. And we're unable to accept dogs or other pets. Parking for two cars.

2 bedroom cottage in rural North Norfolk. Well behaved dogs welcome (secure garden). 20 minutes to the beach. Near Holt, Cromer, Aylsham and Sheringham. Please note this is a small cottage with low doorways, and tight, winding stairs and an open landing. The cottage is unsuitable for guests with infants or toddlers. Type 2 EV charger available on request for guests' use (charged separately) The nearest pub and restaurant is in the next village and only a short drive away.
